Disappointed.
This is our first time using HelloPrint, as we are in search of a quality source for marketing materials.
Our experience was disappointing. We ordered 100 business cards and postcards to test their quality.
Postcards
1. We opted to add 25 more cards for 2 euros. - Did not receive all of them.
2. Poor color matching. We use Pantone 295, and what we received was not close. I am a former graphic designer from one of the largest shoe companies, so I know.
3. There were many imperfections and scratches on 32 cards that made them unusable.
Business Cards
Pantone 295 matched well. We are not sure how HelloPrint can match the color on the business cards, but miss on the postcards.
Where was the quality control? Disappointed.

Forex panels look amazing

Subject: Feedback on Order Delivery Issue – Positive Support from Helloprint
Order #4885936
We appreciate the support from Timo at Helloprint, even sunday🎉 who responded to us on a Sunday and immediately offered to resend the goods. He was also unsure why UPS did not make a better attempt at delivering our order, which suggests the issue more related with UPS than with Helloprint.
We sincerely appreciate Timo’s proactive approach in reprinting and resending the order. However, it is surprising that the sender takes so little responsibility for the initial delivery issue.
We will wait for the resolution and adjust our review accordingly, as Helloprint is making an effort to rectify the situation. A special thanks to Timo for his helpfulness and commitment to customer satisfaction.

They eveb didn't rry to deliver and it says absent, It is an office open from 09:00 - 22:00. It is already 3rd time they directly oput somewhere to pick what is closed during weekend. We paid extra money to delever on friday and on friday evening it says deposited to a shop which is closed during evening and weekends.

Good quality and best price tote bags
I ordered 600 tote bags, the quality was really good and the best price I could find. They delibered them in the time they said they were going to.

i would use again allowing a week for delivery
i would have said 5 star however the delivery times promised on ordering were changed once order is placed and then an attempted delivery to DHL collection point where they clearly closed. This meant a delay of an urgent order for me and missing a deadline but i am happy with the quality of print and otherwise all was easy.
