The best VPN.

I have used Hide.me for a number of years and have been very pleased with its performance and the technical support service.
They have never failed me with their fast and excellent support. It’s always been accurate and on point. They rescue me quickly with outstanding knowledge on my Mac.
I highly recommended it for its speed, security and its timely customer support to everyone who asks for the best VPN.

I am a private user from Italy

I am a private user and have been using the Free version of Hide.me for years and I must say that the Free version is also an outstanding VPN.

I thank Hide.me because it allows private households who cannot spend money to be able to connect via VPN, which other companies do not do or do to a limited extent.

A good product

A good product with faultless service.

My only complaints about the product are the way the application sits randomly on the desktop and the WiFi icon. The application never stays where it was last left? I also dislike the way the icon for the WiFi changes randomly from connection to connection. I contacted hide.me about these two issues and they said they were normal. The information from hide.me put my mind at rest and provides me with a little product knowlegde which was otherwise lost.

impossible to start your vpn installed…

impossible to start your vpn installed in my mac. It does not recognize my password. And I have already changed it several times.
And also impossible to expel it from the computer. Everything is blocked.

Hide.me VPN review

Hide.me VPN is one of the fastest VPN services I've ever used! They have a multi hop VPN protocol. That is two VPN locations at once. Extra protection! A great website, lots of tips and tricks🔥 you can get the paid version for $5 a month. Great for streaming

Secure and reliable service with great customer service.

Have been using this VPN for many months now. Very reliable. Did run into a technical issue throughout my ownership of the service but that wasn’t Hide.me’s fault. Something else on my PC caused Hide.me to stop working as intended. I reached out to support and they responded very swiftly with step-by-step instructions to fix the issue. Highly recommend. Very fast and secure.

Highly recommended

I have had a great experience with hide.me! I used it for over a year and never had an issue. I was able to work abroad and do so many things that I wouldn't if I hadn't had the subscription. I no longer need VPN services and my account had a auto renewal, but didn't waste any minute of my time when I requested the cancellation and refund. It's such a pleasure to deal with great providers! I will definitely subscribe to hide.me when I need VPN services in the future! Thank you Nathan, Marc and Jean for the great interaction.

Long Time User

I have had hide.me for several years now. Occasionally there will be a technical problem or some kind of glitch with a new version. This does not concern me because I get lightning fast response (hours not days) every time. The service is polite and responsive, they actually read my emails to them. I always recover from a problem quickly, usually the same day.

I cannot say enough good things about Hide.me

Number one - it works day in and day out as it should. Their tutorials are excellent, specific and quite helpful. Customer service is quick to reply, patient, and very thorough - the best of any VPN company I have ever interacted with. I moved within days from the free service to paid because of such a good experience.

Hide.me has been a great VPN for me, but I have had a few issues.

Hide.me has been a great VPN for me, but I have had a few issues. The connection speed is very high, and it has worked well in that regard. However, it occasionally messes up my DNS, which a lot of VPNs do. I believe the reason it messes up my DNS is because it must change it to route traffic through it's servers, and it may glitch out sometimes. If this issue can be resolved this will be a 5 star review.

We are interested in this DNS problem and would like to know more about it.

We've tried reaching out to you via this platform, but haven't received your feedback.

Our VPN client has an separate option ("Use custom DNS") to change system's DNS servers, otherwise by default it will put our custom DNS servers on VPN adapter itself (since all traffic is going strictly through that adapter).

Together with using features like Kill Switch, Limit connection to VPN or Stealth Guard will further shield you from DNS-leaks and IP-leaks.

In order to earn our five stars, would you mind helping us resolve this problem for you by contacting our technical support from the VPN client (Settings\Support)?

This will send us the client's log file to support@hide.me for further inspection and help our technicians pinpointing the culprit for this glitch on your system.

Good service overall, BUT...

... I have been waiting for ages for someone to help me setup port forwarding, and they are just ignoring it.

NOT cool!

EDIT: It seems as if I did not get the email from 11. August. Could you please send it again?

EDIT 2: No, also checked the SPAM folder! This is getting weird. I sent you an email myself, did you get that one?

EDIT 3: Did not get that either. I sent you an email with an alternative email to contact me over.

EDIT 4: Issue fixed. After Nathans email I tripple checked the Windows firewall and found that one pretty well hidden checkbox had not been checked.

On the few occasions I have had to contact hide.me support including my very last one recently I can only give them a 100% thumbs up rating! Their responses have always been prompt, efficient, courteous, professional and friendly AND most of all accurate to my issue something I do not experience with many other organisations that I’ve dealt with!

Support is great! Product is better!

I've been using Hide.me for a very long time and i can say with confidence that it is a great service. Their support is great too. None of those frustrating auto-reply bots that blast out unhelpful messages, If you contact support you will get a human who knows what they're doing :) that aside the VPN is great, it does it's job and both versions, paid and free, work perfectly and without hitch. (if you do have problems I'm sure their support team can help fix it!)
