I moved from Sweden 2 years ago and had no idea how to get a mortgage nor where to start. My incredible realtor, Rich Allen, recommended me to contact Tom to get help for a mortgage and I did since I trust Rich 100% and he trusts Tom 100 %, he said. His guidance and help were absolutely fantastic and foolproof which I needed since I don't know anything about buying a house in the US. He tried really hard to give me the best interest rate as much as he could and answered all of my stupid questions all the time kindly. I do not like to recommend people to other people normally since all people are different but I highly recommend Tom to someone who needs support and help for a mortgage.
I trust Tom 100% as Rich does. These guys are like Micheal Jordan and Pippen to me. Thank you very much.

NOT HELPING THEIR CUSTOMERS RIGHT NOW

Right now the website says:

"We recognize this is a difficult time for many people. Click here or call 866-913-2951 for more information and to learn about current options available to our borrowers."

My last mortgage payment was debited FOUR TIMES!!! FOUR!!!!!!!!

No replies to countless phone calls, emails, and a physical letter sent.

This is not helping your customers right now.

“Joe Manglardi processed our initial mortgage on our home. When my husband received disability for his military service and we were bombarded with mail to lower our interest rate, I called Joe Manglardi to see what our options were. He was excellent. He walked us through our options and we feel did us a great service and gave us the best deal possible. He went above and beyond to accommodate our closing in this time of quarantine. He really cares about his clients and puts their best interest as his major priority.”

Joe and his team were Fantastic

Joe and his team were fantastic! They made the whole process smooth and stress free. Unfortunately, due to the current COVID crisis only my wife and I were allowed at closing. Joe and his team had everything taken care of so closing went off without a problem. Again, thank you so much for all your company and Joe did for us.

There is not enough words for us to express the service that we have receive from Rafael Latimer; He is very Knowledgeable,Professional, Friendly, fast-paced, Turns complex situation into an easy process. Rafael has a solutions for any circumstances that may pop up during the process, he will go above and beyond until process is complete. He is very open and always available 24/7 to assist you in a timely matter. We highly recommend Rafael for your next home you will not regret it at all.

Communication Issues

My mortgage was sold to Hombridge. I have had very poor experiences with customer response since then. Their call center ALWAYS transfers my question to someone else, often before I complete my question. Invariably, the call gets hung up, and I have to re-call and try another option. They are ALWAYS "Experiencing High call volume". Most calls take me 1 hour or more. Their web site is impossible to log on. I have had to change my password and ID EVERY time I try to log on.
Terrible communications!!!!!

Vince made the entire loan process so easy! This was my first time purchasing a home and he made the entire process as smooth and simple as I could think. He had a lot of great information and was very thorough in explaining every step. Thank you so much Vince!!

If I could leave negative stars I…

If I could leave negative stars I would. Hands down the most deceptive, dishonest, predatory company and loan officer I have ever encountered! On October 8, 2019 I received a FHA refinance estimate on my home with estimated closing costs of $4,616.50. Less than 24 hours later I received a residential loan application with estimated closing costs of
$14,126.00!!!! My loan officer, Kendal Becker, was aware I was a single female with no prior mortgage or real estate experience. He also knew I needed the refinance to lower my interest rate and pay off 2 debts. I would have saved over $700.00 a month. Ultimately, the home appraisal revealed my home did not meet the minimum requirements set forth by HUD for a FHA loan. This meant the 2015 mortgage loan Kendal Becker had assisted me with was fraudulent. Rather than be honest, Kendal Becker pulled MULTIPLE credit supplements in less than 3 weeks looking for a way out of funding the loan. When nothing negative was found on the supplements Homebridge Financial and Kendal Becker DISAPPEARED at the closing of my loan with no explanation. I requested a reason 2 weeks later, at which time I received a false statement of credit denial. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY..... feel free to email me a FHAMortgageFraud@gmail for more information.

Making a house my home

As if the thought of finding the perfect home wasn't hard enough, actually being able to purchase it kept me up every night. Enter Joe. He made me feel like the hard part was over! I finally found the perfect house to call my own. Joe literally took the wheel and like a machine got every facet of my closing in place and on time! My buying experience was a pleasure thanks to Joe and his team, and I would honestly think of no one else the next time I think of buy or refinancing.

So since I closed my business due to…

So since I closed my business due to coronavirus my mortgage company Homebridge Financial is prepared to offer me a 3 month forbearance but in 3 months I would owe a lump sum of over $6000.
How is that right? How are we supposed to do that? Why can't they put the money on the end? Why no assistance in this troubled time? People are going to end up homeless and houses are going to be sitting empty so the mortgage company will be losing money then right? I've never paid them late before.
This company is obviously all about money and greed so you can bet if I make it through this troubled time I will take me mortgage to a company that steps you for our community

The most less stressful loan ever applied for. I am very pleased working with Rafael and Homebridge.
