I’ve been following Rob and Kai for a long time and recently joined Host Camp. I was admittedly hesitant about making that kind of investment, but it was absolutely worth it. The course offers great content and useful templates, but the real value lies in the community and live calls. Nearly every session went well beyond the scheduled time, and it was clear how much Rob and Kai genuinely enjoy sharing their experience. Their commitment to helping others succeed really sets this program apart.

How do you put a value on getting all of your questions answered by professionals who have done hundreds of times exactly what you are trying to accomplish? This class was very helpful with showing me what I needed to do, how I needed to do it, who I needed to call in my local area to get permits, risk analysis for opening an STR in your target area, spreadsheets and resources for running financial calculations, and everything else I needed to get started in the short term rental industry and how to make sure it’s profitable. Thank you Kai and Rob!

I've taken a few classes with Host Camp. I took a "Comp Camp" where we learned how to understand STR comps, and also "Land Camp" where we learned a lot about evaluating STR development projects. I have to say that both classes were really good classes. Not only were they incredibly informative but they were also reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of learning from Rob, Kai, and Cam and they are probably some of the best teachers I've had in the STR space. They speak from so much experience, have the ability to make complex things easier to understand, and are incredibly generous with their time. You can tell that not only are you learning from experts in this field but also people who genuinely want you to succeed. I've gotten so much value of out the classes that I also joined the Host Camp community, Scout. I've connected with so many great people through the community. If you're considering whether you should invest in learning from or working with Host Camp, I would't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.

Changed the course of my life! Like many, I found Rob on his Youtube channel. I booked a 1 on 1 call that would end up setting the path for the next 5 years. Soon after HostCamp was launched - A community of short term rental investors, designers, managers, and leaders. No drama. No negativity. Just a group of like minded individuals willing to devote time to help one another grow. I've watched brand new investors join this community and within 14 months grow their portfolio to 3 rental properties. And on the other hand I've witnessed experienced investors with 10+ properties fine tune their listings, grow their properties on social media, and build a direct booking platform where thy get 100% of the income. When it comes to short term rental investing there really is no better community to be involved with than Hostcamp.

Host Camp is honestly one of the best decisions that I have made for both my personal and business growth in the past several years. I came into the community a green STR investor and have learned so much since. The learning comes from the content, the community, the coaches, and obviously from Rob and Kai too! Since joining HC I have made some of my best friends in recent years. I also started a flipping business and an STR mgmt company with friends I met through Host Camp. Hands down, HC has 10x'd my career and my life!

I've been with Kai and his coaches for about a year and I can't tell you how much I've learned. The benefits of being in the program (both Land Hackers and now Host Camp) are extreme. The extensive training will take you from a novice to a well informed investor and understanding all the nuts and bolts from creative financing you real estate project to hosting in the top 10% of airbnb/vrbo hosts. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and people you'd like to become friends with and do business with. This results in them attracting similar types of people. There are thousands in the now combined program and we haven't met a single person who wasn't kind and giving. So much sharing of knowledge. We signed up as part of the PRO group which gave us one on one coaching with Kai and his coaches. While we haven't bought a property yet, we are ready and feel soooo confident that it will go well because we now know how to evaluate properties and have a team of experts to validate our analysis. And once we have our property, we'll have plenty of support finding competent contractors, making good budget decisions and using the discounts for designing and furnishing the property. I feel so happy I joined and confident in the future!

Kai and Rob are some of the sharpest minds in the business and pass that experience and knowledge on to their students. The program(s) are well thought out, easy to understand, and always evolving with the ever-changing STR space, market trends, and technology. More than anything, the community of like-minded individuals has been the most unexpected bonus that we continue to use, almost 3 years since joining the program.

The HostCamp team gave us the tools, knowledge, guidance, and encouragement we needed to launch our first STR. Thanks to the HostCamp course and community, we achieved Top 1% (!) and Superhost status on Airbnb within the first two months of launching our property.

The weekly office hours were extremely helpful when we were searching for properties, and the online community was great for Q&A as well.

I learned about Rob of HostCamp years ago by coming across him on YouTube. After watching him a lot while, I was impressed by his wisdom and deep knowledge of the Airbnb market. Host Camp has been the best decision I have made in my real estate investing career.

I cannot say enough good things about Rob and Host Camp. I met Rob as a buyer in a real estate transaction a couple years ago where I was the transaction coordinator.
