Firstly, they've gone bust. Just announced. Their support staff were useless, they hadn't a clue.

I order 1 VPS (I'm from outside EU). The tax had been added to my invoice and I opened a ticket for a tax remove as they mentioned on lowendtalk.
After 48 hours, they answered me the tax had been removed from the invoice. However, the tax had not been removed as they answered me.
Let a customer has to wait 48 hours after submitting ticket & answered the non-correct one.
I do not want try any services at the first see like this, so I quited.

Disappointed
After a few days, the poor IPv6 performance got a bit better. Still slow (2 MB/sec), but stable. No more TCP timeouts.
So I tried to set rDNS for IPv6 and failed. I created a ticket. Support said: this is not possible with the admin panel.
Then I created another ticket: please set IPv6 rDNS. Support said: not possible at that VPS location.
This is 2019, there is no excuse for this IMHO.
I have spent quite some time to build my new email VPS, and now I had to cancel it. A mail server without proper rDNS is useless.
BTW, it would be great if they'd send out emails when a ticket was updated. I never got a single one, I have even checked my mail server's mail logs.

Recommended, good to very good value and very good support
I have bought a VPS from HostDoc during Black Friday. Apart from the little bit of confusion generated by the many site that the HostDoc is selling on (hosting, kvm.doctor, etc) and what is included in the promotion and what not, I have to say that the experience was very pleasant.
It took some time to get everything sorted out, which is very understandable given the period, but it got sorted out quite nicely and to my satisfaction. I didn't get the plan that I wanted because it was not included in the promotion (not very obvious to me), but the staff sorted it out (shout out to Chike) and in the end I got 2 VPSes for the price of one as the promotion stated.
The first one that got provisioned is very fast and very satisfactory The drive is not the fastest (HDD), and I was hoping for SAN storage, but in the end is not so bad, as I do not need SSD speeds for this instance.
All in all, very good support, very good value for pound and a nice attitude towards the client. I can recommend them.
