First of all, congratulations for selling your house. During the two months you were with Housell, our service has been given correctly. Your advertisement has reached almost 80 views in the real estate portals more visited by buyers, also four of them kept it as 'Favourite'.
In addition, our service have included a professional photographic work and a specialized real estate advice. Also, you could call our customer support department whenever you may need it. We always have been pleased to solve all your doubts.

Incorrect detailing of service provided.
After being told by Housell that my property would be advertised on over 40 portals it is only showing on one !!! - idealista, and even then you have to really search for it, as Los Alcazares area is not on the drop down list! I have contacted the Housell team to complain; but they say they cant do anything about it. I am sorry but this equals false advertising of the service you buy and contract details. I am very disappointed. Update - after posting this comment I have been contacted within a few hours by Housell ( Juan) who spoke very good English. He assures me that the house is on many portals , which I will later check. He also assured me that Housell will amend my advert with them to inc omitted details of the Central Heating of the property. I would like to thank Juan for his prompt attention to these problems and I hope we secure a buyer soon for the house. Thank you

Hi Lynda. As we told you on the phone, we can confirm you that your property is already advertised in the 40 portals promised. You can see that yourself on your client area, in it you have the link to the adds and to the portals, every one of them. We are sure you'll be able to see it for yourself, because we're working hard to help you sell your property, but if you need any help please remember that we are here to help you in everything we can, and also that we have agents who can assist you in English.
