I ordered a topper 6 weeks ago which hasn’t arrived. I can’t contact them by email and cannot check status of order as it won’t open. I strongly advise avoiding this dodgy company!!

I ordered a throw rug on the 4th July and it arrived 24 August. I had almost given up hope - but I love it the product! Very happy. Patience is needed when goods are coming from China. Marked down 2 stars for delivery time, but 3 for excellent product.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered something for my pregnant wife and haven't received it, I've tried contacting without reply or any explanation as to why I haven't got the product I ordered I've been waiting months. They're by far the worst company I've ever dealt with.

My daughter ordered mattress topper months ago has not recieved order or has had any response from emails she cant afford to lose the money just like that!! On a positive note I purchased same topper beginning of 2020 and recieved it no problem. What has happened to the company as they are still taking orders and peoples money

This „company” is a joke! I ordered from them on 10th of June! I tried to contact them via e-mail 10 times and I got no answer.
My order was never even shipped, this is illegal and don’t order from them.

Do not purchase from this bogus website! I placed an order on 1st July and my item was not delivered. Only two days ago without any explanation they issues a refund, after contacting them and threatening them several times. I have reported this company to trading standards. What a joke of a company! These positive reviews are 99% fake!

I purchased a pregnancy pillow 3.5 weeks ago. The product has never arrived and I don’t receive replies to my email from customer service.
I was refunded out of the blue with no explanation, I have since asked for feedback but not received an acknowledgement.
Feel really let down as this is an item I really need during pregnancy, I’m not sure why it’s still offered to customers if orders can’t be fulfilled.

Awful. Utterly awful. Stressful in every way. Awful quality, zero customer service, zero return policy, no refund offered. I had to escalate my case to PayPal to get my money back, and I’m still completely out of pocket due to the return courier fees. The positive reviews on here are fake! Please do not order from this company.

Very happy with purchase. Fast delivery and was updated at each stage. Ordered the Grey 9ft U Pregnancy Comfort Support Pillow with Pillowcase although not pregnant have fibromyalgia, very happy with quality has the right amount of stuffing. Had the best night sleep had for 2 years! Would recommend.

I have heard and read that these were good, but I did not realise just how good! Of all the pillows I researched (and I researched a lot) I could. tell this would likely be the best quality, and I was not wrong. It is lovely. A silvery grey, true to the colour you see on screen, good stitching, good padding (just the right amount). A guaranteed good nights sleep! Than you HOD.

Was recommended a pillow by two different family members who both have ordered from here so thought I would order. Pillow that I ordered is very comfy and came on time even with everything going on.
I had a query so sent an email and had a response very quickly. My query was then resolved very quickly which I am happy about.

stay away from this joke of a company. disgraceful service. ordered a pregnancy pillow as a present. one parcel got lost in the post, so the next one arrived 2 weeks later and had no tags and specks of blood all over it. sent 4 emails and all of them have been ignored. tried their contact us page and phone line still nothing.

I ordered a maternity cushion, on checking my bank a few days later I couldn't see that the money had come out so placed the order again. I received an email from the team to say my order was being shipped so I replied to ask them to cancel my second order...they replied straight away to inform me the second order had been cancelled. This was all done within the space of 15 minutes which is unheard of with most customer service teams. Very impressed with the service, will order again for sure.

AWFUL COMPANY!!! I so wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered a mattress topper and it was estimated 4-6 days delivery and it has gone way past that. I’ve sent customer service MULTIPLE emails and I have been completely ignored. I’m at a loss for what I can do? I’ve emailed for a refund and still have been ignore!!! Do they even have people working for customer services?!??! The most awful company. I’m guessing I’ll have to go to the bank for my money back. This is literally illegal for them to do this to customers

Don't order from them. Ordered an item, selecting express delivery, after 5 working days I still had not received it. I was advised it would be another 4 days, which would take it outside of even estimated standard delivery times. Still it did not arrive. I contacted customer services numerous times and had to thoroughly chase them to get any kind of follow up. In the end they said it had been lost and sent a refund, but there was no offer of sending a replacement etc...

Absolutely fabulous service and delivery cannot fault and would not hesitate to use them again.
