Do not use this company, it’s a so called “shipdrop” company. The item you order is shipped from China directly to your house. It’s not possible to return your item unless you ship it back to China yourself.
I was offered a discount on my next order but of course that wasn’t going to happen.
It’s only possible to go after them legally if there’s enough complaints. I’ve used my legal insurance with Achmea Rechtsbijstand.
They told me to write complaint to klachtenregeling.hog @ gmail.com but they did not answer to my email. There is not straight forward return. Only small percentage of money that they offer to return and the product to keep. To keep the product that my grand grand father will not wear.
