I had a problem with the irrigation…

I had a problem with the irrigation assembly when fitting for its second season. Called the helpline, sent a pic showing fault + proof of purchase, had email next day saying a replacement would be sent, arrive 2 days later, faultless service, thank you. A lesson on how customer support should work.

Found Tim and Chloe very helpful

Found Tim and Chloe very helpful. Don’t understand tech very well and time wasvery patient whilst I apparently didn’t fit the conditions for a replacement item they did this as a goodwill gesture and I have just received it thank you.

Replacement hose

Contacted Hozelock by e-mail regarding my hose which was leaking & still under warranty. Ross responded in a timely manner & has arranged delivery of a new hose without any hassle, All good.

The team was prompt and efficient in their dealings with me.

I exercised my warranty option after the hose developed a split, Contacted the support team and they did the necessary and despatched a replacement which arrived within 5 days of making the complaint.

My Hozelock pond pump stoped working with a year left on its warranty. Hozelock exchanged the pump without any problem.

The reason I use Hozelock is because of…

The reason I use Hozelock is because of their quality products and after sales service. Had a problem with my spray gun this was replaced within a few days.Many thanks to Tim who was extremely courteous and highly professional who sorted this out

New Hozelock Ultimate Hose

Within a few hours of advising my over 10 years old hose had developed a leak Ross confirmed I would be receiving another. Even though I wasn't sure if I had ensured that the guarantee was still valid. Thank you!

Superb customer service

I contacted Hozelock on their chatbot just before the Easter break as my reel had stopped retracting. Chatbot sent an email to customer support. Immediately after the bank holiday I got an email from Tim asking for more info. I provided photos and a detailed description of the issue. Tim took note of the problem and ordered a replacement to be sent out. I should get it in a few days. I really like my Hozelock products and I think their customer service is amazing. Thank you Tim and Hozelock

Brought a new hozelock 2-1 reel

Brought a new hozelock 2-1 reel, 1 component was missing, e mailed hozelock customer service, replied same day, missing part was in the post next day, couldn't ask for better service than that.

Lifespan less than 1 year

For the second year in a row, I had to replace their connectors. Autoreel broke within 7 month of use. Invested more than 400 pounds into their products…
Slowly replacing it all… frustrating!

Super Tricoflex 25 yr warranty.

I had a 12 yr old Super Tricoflex hose that began to crack. Hozelock, after locating some evidence of purchase and delivery, have stood by the 25Yr warranty and are sending a replacement.

Cannot overstate how unusual it is to have a company honour a long term warranty.

Had a problem with my automatic auto…

Had a problem with my automatic auto reel 40 Mtr hose reel contacted Hozelock not expecting to much BUT after a couple of messages to them they replaced the complete hose reel so once again my faith has been restored. Big shout out to Tim who sorted it out .

Brilliant customer service.

My HozeLock compact 2in1 enclosed reel started giving me problems, couldn't wind or unwind the hose in under 2 years of purchase. The company had a 5 year guarantee. I rang them up, was asked to send proof of purchase and a short video showing the issue. I emailed them and within 5 working days they sent me a replacement.

Warranty without the issues

I logged a call with Hozelock as my purchase was oustide a return period (attached my dated invoice). I had a fast reposponse and sent a small video showing the issue as requested. Tim in CS was great, and a replcement will now be issued. It's great when warranty actually works...I will continue with my Hozelock purchases, thanks Tim!

5 year Hose Gaurantee

I purchased a Hozelock 30m expanding hose from Wilco back in 2021. It wasn't cheap but it had a 5 year gaurantee so I was reassured by this. In January 2024, it developed a leak. I contacted Hozelock and they provided me a replacement very promptly. In March 2026, the inner hose section split in two. I again made contact with Hozelock and liaised with Tim. I sent Tim a video of the leaking hose and a copy of my original receipt. He then arranged a replacement to be dispatched. As this was a second replacement within the 5 year gaurantee period I was expecting some further questions, but it was all fine. On both occasions when I have had to contact Hozelock the customer service has been first class and could not have been better. Very impressed with how promptly, efficiently and easily Tim resolved the issue. Other companies should follow this example.

After 5 years my hose sprang a leak

After 5 years my hose sprang a leak. I contacted Hozelock via email and got a reply from Chloe who was very helpful and asked me to send photos of the damaged hose and my receipt, which I did, from that point on she replied saying that it was all in hand and replied very quickly saying she would look into it. Within a couple of days i received an email stating I would receive a replacement and the replacement was here within a few days. Fantastic customer service!!
