They look very much like scammers, and stripe is siding with them
the most disgusting company on the market — the best way to give them your money — scammers:
* i paid for a monthly subscription, they didn’t provide the service — the humanization goes through, but the text doesn’t change; when it does change, it becomes more ai-generated than before
* i requested a refund, got no response after several days
* i contacted stripe, no refund is happening; wrote to the bank, the bank will most likely return it, but not a fact
* and the most interesting part is that i canceled the subscription, stripe promised it would remain active for the period i paid for, and you know what? i had 50k, but the plan changed immediately; so i ended up paying 30 dollars plus taxes for just five humanizations of a 1000-character text, which didn’t pass a single check, even on humanizerai.com itself — it’s just awful
