I had been a customer of hyper since couple of months. Easy deposits, for withdrawal i needed to verify my account and paypal, but after that same day withdrawals to paypal or next day to bank card. Scam casino. I’ve been playing online casinos for many many years. Stay away from Hyper, I played hundreds of spins before getting a bonus, then when I got a bonus ( Fishin Frenzy ) I won £0.

After spending quite a lot, I did eventually win some of my money back so I made a withdrawal.

When I went back to play online slots, literally couldn’t even win a £1. Every game just span and span, no bonus, no wins on anything. It was almost like they had flipped a switch and whatever game I played it just swallowed every coin with nothing in return. Furthermore the games kept glitching, spinning for ages and delaying ( after my withdrawal ). Coincidence maybe, but I’ve been playing these long enough to realise when something is wrong. The whole industry is a scam. Avoid.

I placed a bet upon the in play hole betting of the Ras Al Khaimah Championship.

The bet in question was Hole 4 Del Rey A to beat Marcus Armitage on the Par 3.
I watched the live coverage and my bet was a winner as my Selection had a Par and Marcus Armitage had a Bogey.

In my Account it was settled as a loser.
I then contacted ' Kate ' of Customer Service whom was most helpful explaining what the result was and even sent a Screenshot of the hole results.

The Traders refused to look at this and change the result.

He or she is in the wrong job.

No Customer should be treated so poorly and I have Complained, but I shall be contacting the Gambling Commission if its not resolved tomorrow.

Update Sunday: No response from Hyper Casino and my issue is that unless you are watching events in play, how many winning bets are settled as losers when they are actually winners.

Read the small print.. searched online bookies, saw this towards the top, decent bonus, thought give it a go. Deposited £30. Played casino, won a bit. No emails etc for bonus so assumed would maybe see in 24 hours. Played a bit more, site seems OK. Thought would check out withdrawal speed, not bad, in within minutes. Played a few other slots . Emailed to support to check if bonus was coming. Pretty quick reply. Bonus void and cancelled due to making a withdrawal. So took out my own money and get stiffed. Easy choice reply was close account which they did v quickly again. So. Open an account, play the bonus spins, dont be too hasty withdrawing the two or three quid you might get back as they will likely cancel it all. And usual quote of its all clear in terms and conditions. I looked and couldn't see it but it will be, lurking at the bottom. It won't be very prominent in the ad for the site though on the bookies top 20 website. If something looks too good to be true, don't do it. Save ya money, go take ya family out for lunch, go down the pub and see ya mates it's much less stress.

Opened an account 27/9/24 placed a £50 double on football which I won £229.16 it went on my available balance so went to withdraw and got an error tried again and got error then noticed it said I have £0 to withdraw which is strange since my balance was £229.16 so I logged out and back in to see if it would resolve the issue but when I logged back in my balance was £0 so I thought ok the money must have withdrew so I checked my transactions and there was nothing about a withdrawal for the £229.16 and balance was £0 so where has my money went..went on chat explained everything sent screenshot of winning bet and was told they would have to get a supervisor to look into it..so today 28/9/24 I heard nothing contacted chat again and was told supervisor looked at it and thought it was strange what has happened and passed it to the tech team to look into..how hard is it to see I won the money the bet is in my bets section as a winner also they will see it's not been withdrew and not been bet with so how can't they just credit my account with the money I have won absolute disgrace feel like I've been robbed so no doubt I'll have a long long wait to hear back..I would advise nobody bets with this company..oh forgot I also had a bet for today's 3pm games that I cashed out and withdrew to see if that money would go into my account which it did so it's even more head pickling why my £229 didn't and has vanished so beware of hyper casino...edited# so now 29/9/24 and still no word from tech team regarding my missing money Crooks and thieves honestly do not bet with this company they have stolen my winnings I will be contacting IBAS

Biggest scam site ever, won 1600 euro but banned me instead. Never ever have i experienced such scamming people. Stay away.

Hyper casino is the most unreliable site. I understand you may lose. But this site is designed for players to lose hundred percent. The win is very small compare to the money you spend and within the game the chances of you getting the scatter are almost non with very little reward. I have been gambling for many years, playing slots low stakes is one of my vices. I have been on this site a few months and the time it takes slots to bonus is unreal. Then the bonuses them selves have been shocking pay outs. I chased a bonus on sweet bonanza putting over £100 in on 20p stakes no bonus. No wins over 10x same for mental also dog house all the games. My wife loves the fishing games and they just don't bonus. You get to a point thinking I must put more in it has to bonus at some point. All the negative reviews on here completely make sense to me. UPDATE I've taken 4 stars away I'm guessing i must of had beginners luck ,then. after a few wins I get asked to verify of which I'd no issues with as they use a third party to do this via your device , so they genuinely know its you , so I was asked to video logging in to my
PayPal/bank show them the details being myself my DOB etc uk driving licence of which I allowed their third party to use my phones camera to take photos and a selfy of myself

I asked why they were being so thorough, the response was to rule out money laundering, underage, using someones identity
