do not play at hyper casino people, There's some shady business at play going on with this site, Can someone please tell me how it is possible to spend £100 and play well over 500 spins on 20p stake and receive 1 bonus that paid £1.22 .....I have never in my entire life watched that money disappear so quickly and watch spin after dead spin on countless games i usually play and see no return what so ever, The games are so dry you will be bored to death and frustrated at the same time.

Very slow at answering emails. There verification system doesn't work very well, it wont allow me to upload my documents and they owe me money . Very poor.

Terrible! I've played many casinos, had lots of losing streaks, but like many on here are saying when you do hit a bonus feature very very low wins. Been a customer for over 2 years, and have never had an issue before until a week ago. Have placed several deposits and withdrawals, never having an issue, but suddenly after a £40 withdrawal, they need every single document they can think of to delay the payment. I’ve provided photos of my passport, my proof of address, photos of all 3 cards attached to the account, (even though I no longer have 2 of the cards) screenshots of bank statements showing the payments going out and coming in, and still it’s not enough. Avoid L&L Europe at all costs.
