I bought five of these watches
I bought five of these watches. The first one immediately started losing 1-2 minutes each day. The touch screen did not always advance to the next window. I tried the second watch. Same issue. Customer service has been been horrible. They are giving me a complete run-around. I strongly recommend you find a different watch to help you with your health information.
We again request you to share a video that clearly explains the issue with the product, via an mail at support@hyperstech.com so that we can check with the technical team about it. They will issue the replacement/returns based on the video.
If you are unable to send the video, then you will have to send the product back to us for inspection. This process is a long process.
Therefore you are again requested to share with us a video that clearly explains the issue with the product so that we can help you accordingly. The video needs to be forwarded to the technical team for verification and after their confirmation, we can proceed further to help you in this case.
Please be assured that if it is confirmed by the technical department that the items are defective, you'll be reshipped/ refunded for the defective units.
