I bought five of these watches

I bought five of these watches. The first one immediately started losing 1-2 minutes each day. The touch screen did not always advance to the next window. I tried the second watch. Same issue. Customer service has been been horrible. They are giving me a complete run-around. I strongly recommend you find a different watch to help you with your health information.

Just need a return address to return a drone!!

Want to return a drone my dad purchased, have asked for return address but hyperstech said return to address on original Packaging, which we no longer have. They have asked for invoice number, which they have been sent, also asking for alot more info like last 4 digits of the card, address, name, date etc etc. I only want a return address so that we can get a full refund as the drone is useless!!

HeathWatch is very poor quality..requesting a refund

Just received three HealthWatches that seemed like a great deal, the watches are not at all like on the advertisement. The first one only worked for about 1 hour and then died. The second wouldn't go on at all, and the third one I just left in the box.
The app is not user friendly and as I just learned, not secure. Instruction manual is very poorly written and doesn't follow the watch features. Very poorly made product.
Packing them right up. I have sent emails to support email requesting a full refund.

Xone Phone

Bought a Xone Phone for 199 Euro - advertised by Hypertech with a 16mp Camera, Hyperstech delivered an Oukitel C15 Pro with 8mp Camera. I had to return the goods to China on my expenses.

From posting a very angry review about Hyperstech. a few days ago I finally was refunded in full ( a Health watch plus Three year warranty ) and was able to keep the watch, ......but still doesn't connect..... from these reviews through Trustpilot , I thank you Trustpilot.

Do not buy smartwatch

Do not buy smartwatch they are a complete scam , I should have known better . I was taken in by the doctors story I would bet money she has no idea her name is being used for this complete rip off . I purchased the buy three get two free to hand out as gifts to friends and family that I know have heart problems . Do not install the app in the instructions it is not secure . I am out three hundred dollars and cannot find a way to get a refund .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

My uncle recently purchased a "health" watch. I tried to connect the watch to his iPhone XR however the app that Hyperstech told him to use was actually NON-SECURE!!!!! They then directed him to another which doesn't find the watch! I then looked online to find out if this could be resolved at all... only to find out it has been WRONGFULLY ADVERTISED. The watch had been advertised that it could take your blood pressure. No watch can take your blood pressure alone.
I am now requesting money back from the company HOWEVER they will NOT refund this product for him - a product that he is not able to use as it doesn't connect to anything!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

I placed order on 18sep2019 for product Tact watch and immediately placed the cancellation request in 40mins, informed support team over email, instead of cancelling my order they offered me 5% forceful discount, and dispatched parcel on 24sep and now asking me to wait for product delivery, and I should not accept the product, post that they will initiate refund, what a utter nonsense, they are really doing scam, cheater, i am sorry but dont ever purchase anything from them.

Hypertech: Not a good experience

Much like so many experience's I ordered a drone on Aug 14th, it is now Sept 27th and still no drone, nor any responsible, respectful or seeming professional courtesy, acknowledging their mistakes. This company sucks, give me back my $$$.

As I have seen from all of these honest…

As I have seen from all of these honest customers I can only say that I have had my money stolen after cancelling an order of three drones. They have quickly taken the money out of my account after expressing my doubts and cancelling. I will not give in to you thieves and I will be working with others to confront your bad business and I will find you. Anyone reading this who are victims of this company can contact me and we will deal with them once and for all. They have it seems had plenty of chances to put things right. I cannot get my HealthWatch to connect to my iPad. How? I turned on Bluetooth and I downloaded the app from the qc code for LeFun Health. I’ve tried everything and can’t get it connected. There is very little information on the tiny instructions. Order number WV1215909100171. Please help.

I paid for two drones back in July…

I paid for two drones back in July 2019. I have contacted them September 6th to advise that no product has been received. I got a note from their sales person asking me to wait for them to gather information. That was more than two weeks ago and I have not heard from them since. I now feel I have been scammed.

Tactic drone scam - Worst customercare - Not receved the product even after 50 days!!

I have ordered a tactic drone on august 3rd 2019, for my anniversary. Almost a month after that function, I have not received the product and their customer care are not ready to refund nor provide exact date for delivery. They are simply blaming customs for the same. Till date no infrmation on my order. I have paid almost 200USD. I have ordered many things from international website , never faced this kind of issues. Have raised a complaint in Econsumer.gov , waiting for their support. Hyperstech should provide some informations regarding this before ordering. Simply advertising in google does not work good. I will start a campaign for the tactic drone scam soon if they fail to provide a valid answer.

Refusing Request to Cancel Order <3 Hrs after Order

Within 2 or less hours after ordering 2 Heath Watches I received an alert from my bank that issued my credit card of a possible scam. I immediately googled the Company and low and behold it is rife with comments about poor quality, non-working merchandise.
I immediately informed my bank that I was canceling my order. Shortly thereafter I have had a series of emails from Hyperstech ignoring my request to cancel my order within 3 hours of ordering it. Beware of this company.
UPDATE: After several emails and this post Hypertech did refund (credited) my Credit Card account effective 9/24/2019. So I gave it an extra star because they did refund me however only after taking extraordinary measures. Thank you.

ordered Health Watch based on…adverstisement

I ordered 8 Health watches relying on the description in the advertisement description on Face Book . i am Totally disappointed with the Health Watch product not at all same as the one in advertisement , The time of day feature works ,the instructions are impossible to read without a powerfull magnifying glass ,even then the instructions are not correctly written so i could not get anything to function or work as described .I tried All of the 8 watches . i want a full refund . i called the Brazilian number kept on hold for very long times multiple times then it would disconnect , Respectfully Robert Stack
