No withdrawal. They claim your assets and not let you withdraw.

I sold my crypto for usdt, order was filled but in balance still shows my crypto as "in order". it has been a week already. Contacted support, but still no responce from them.

they blocked my account 3 months ago without any reason and still now besides I sent them severa messages they do not reply and do not care at all. My 2 Turkish friends had the same issue but then everything is ok for them, I am not Turkish so I do not deserve assistance?

Very high charge, long waiting time. Unprofessional staff and management.

Icrypex has placed a waiting time between orders, allowing us to place a buy or sell order only once a minute. In a volatile market like crypto, such a restriction seems quite illogical! - In an exchange where commissions nearly reach 0.4% with VAT, such an action means that one should completely avoid this exchange. - There is hardly any response to emails, and developers' issues are also ignored. - With so many reliable and established exchanges in the market, this exchange, which does not offer any difference either in price or quality, raises curiosity about what kind of development strategy it is following

Despite asking for a written response, I had to deal with people who continuously call and repeat the same things, ending up defining it as "company policy." A business that called me 3-4 times in total, wasting 30-35 minutes of my time. They say this is how we are, if you don't like it, don't work with us.

I haven't encountered such a barrier in other exchanges, definitely not an exchange to work with. It didn't inspire confidence, I do not recommend it, go for alternatives.

When emailing with API users, they also mentioned that the orders in Icrypex's books did not inspire confidence, but remember, these are personal observations of API users.

After a 1-2 week user experience:

Annoying spam calls, despite saying I don't want consultancy
Temporary suspension of my account and then reopening it because there was no issue, and incurring losses due to remaining crypto assets
Subsequent uselessness of the API due to restrictions in the API channel
Reporting this, followed by an unproductive 30-35 minutes wasted with 3-4 different people I mentioned here
I would say stick to reliable exchanges. I expressed that I did not want to be contacted again and withdrew all my assets. I hope they don't waste more of my time.
