Unprofessional, bullying, and very poor quality work. His workers are amateurs and don't even know how to correctly install a door knob. His only goal is put paint, get his money and run. And if you ask for the job to be fixed or done correctly he will try bullying you. Doesn't take responsibility and even though is a general contractor will expect you to do the construction supervision. Anything you point out will be blamed on someone else and will outright lie about things.

Nir Melamoud: Minority contractors be aware this guy is it races and he discriminated against all my Asian employees and that is unacceptable hence the reason I choose not to complete this project.

Also I give him and refund and he found another contractor that did a horrible job and he wanted to blame me for the contractor he hired issues.

Ian renovate our shower, he has done a terrible job, his people broke the wall into our closet room with all our clothing, from the shower while installing a vanity without noticing or saying anything.
But that was a minor issue.
The shower was leaking from the beginning, into the basement, and he could not manage to fix it although he tried few times until we said enough is enough, he could not even figure out where the leak is coming from. He wanted to break the wall and look at all the pipes - the leak was in the threshold/liner around the floor. He left screws in the rubber that water went through them.

We fixed one issue (he agreed to pay half - at least that), and few months after that it started leaking again - apparently, he built the wooden based floor with holes in it, and did not think that it will be a problem, that water will find a way. this time it was via the drain, that was not built correctly.
If there was a way to add pictures to this review I would add it , you'll be amazed, wooden floor with holes one of them at the same size and shape of the whole drain - yes two drain holes only one with a pipe and a cover that was not installed correctly.
