easily damaged material
the material of the cases are extremely easily damaged. it started getting scuffed on the sides immediately and multiple edges are broken or coming off. cute for the first day but now after 3 months of having it i need a new case as it’s quite broken.

Purchased both a phone case and card wallet in the lizard skin style with monogramming in gold - couldn’t be happier. Has really elevated my phone and finally I’m not chucking all my cards loose into each different handbag. I would happily recommend to others and would purchase again. When I get a new Mac, I plan to spring for one of their laptop cases as well.
Dirty and breaking apart
Ordered a phone case from Inserif. It arrived dirty, which I was somewhat willing to overlook. After 2 months it started breaking and peeling. I reached out to them and asked them for a resolution and they said it was “normal” wear and tear. I do not recommend you buy from this company, the case has literal holes in it and the leather is breaking apart. These are not cheap products for the consumer to buy but I expect the company pays less than $1 to make them based on the quality.

Disappointing Quality and Customer Service
I was genuinely excited to order from Inserif, but this has been one of the most disappointing customer experiences I’ve had.
I paid for expedited shipping, which did not arrive on time and was delivered to the wrong address. Because of this, I didn’t actually receive the case until weeks after it was marked delivered.
After less than three weeks of normal use, the case began falling apart at the edges. For a product at this price point, that level of quality is unacceptable.
What was even more disappointing was the response from customer support. After providing photos of the damage, I was not offered a refund. Instead, I was offered a “replacement” that required me to pay additional fees, along with a discount code to purchase another case.
Being asked to spend more money to replace a product that failed within weeks is not a reasonable resolution. It reflects poorly on both the product quality and the company’s approach to customer service.
While the design is nice, the overall experience does not justify the cost. I would not recommend purchasing.
Cheap product
Cheap product, broke after a week. Tried to contact customer service for a couple of of weeks now and no response. AVOID!!! Waste of money. Many more professional and generic brands out there.

I ordered a phone case but it doesn’t fit. The product is not produced well and doesn’t stick to the AirPod case. If contacted the support help desk 3 times but no response. Don’t order here, bad quality

Just for show
OK, so I got the "Sapphire Lizard Texture Personalized Snap Case" for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I'm an interior designer, constantly taking pictures of client homes, so I wanted something pretty of course but ALSO - the point of a phone cover - something protective. These phone covers are well made but are JUST for show. They don't protect your phone whatsoever. They pop right off and if you're using a phone clip/strap thingy, beware: it will slip right out, your phone will fall, and - as mine did - it will get dinged up.
Again, pretty. But unusable unless I keep my phone in my pocket/purse at all times if I am walking across any sort of hard surface lol.

Inserif themselves are GREAT!! The product is beautiful. The only downfall was the shipping company which is out of their hands but Pauline’s customer service, chasing up the shipping company and resolving the issue was beyond exceptional. Thanks team!

Beautiful cases
The phone case is beautiful, shipping did take a little while as it was a personalised case, around 11 days from ordering for it to be delivered. But I love the phone case so didn’t mind the wait

I wouldn't buy from if I were you
I ordered for Mother's day having stupidly not read the reviews here. I ordered on 27th Feb, they finally arrived 20 March. 'Customer=r services' essentially did nothing when I kept chasing deliver except send me email saying 'thank you for reaching out'. I wanted a refund, didn't get one. The products are not cheap and of reasonable quality, not luxury, really.

No genuine attempts to find lost orders or provide refunds
It’s been six weeks and still my order hasn’t been received they use the cheapest and lowest rated delivered provider who firstly failed to delivery then destroyed my order. They refused to provide a refund but instead sent it again by the same courier and it is again lost and still they refuse to provide a refund. Inserif behaves like a scam that should be avoided at all costs.
