Ever since Meta took over this platform, Not only can I not disable auto-play (it's like forceful Tik-Tok now), If I click and like something mature it spams my homepage with unnecessary "problematic" contents despite my configuration so it can show me less (it's kinda non-existent). So at this point I am like.... '🙂🔫'

Honestly disappointed because I’ve prevented from uploading content important content because I’m shunned from all of Australian Society including law-enforcement New South Wales health Medicare now I thought that freedom of speech existed but obviously not with Instagram because none of my contents getting uploaded and I see a community of usernames at the top of the screen he just seemed to be a distraction

Very disappointing experience with Instagram and Facebook support. Genuine accounts are being suspended repeatedly without proper explanation, while connected accounts also get disabled automatically. The appeal system feels broken and there is almost no real human support available. Meta relies too heavily on AI moderation, which is creating false suspensions and endless verification loops for users worldwide. Even paying customers using Meta ads and promotions are not receiving fair treatment or proper customer care. This situation is damaging trust in the platform and causing unnecessary stress for genuine users and businesses globally.

An Instagram account (“itsaaa90”) is using my personal photo without my consent and is linked to a mobile number that is no longer under my ownership. This is a clear case of identity theft and impersonation that poses serious privacy risks.
I submitted multiple reports through Instagram’s official impersonation and reporting forms. I also contacted support directly. Despite all of this, I received no meaningful response, no follow-up, and no action was taken against the account in question.
Instagram has the tools and the responsibility to handle impersonation cases — especially when a verified personal photo is being used without consent. The complete lack of response is unacceptable and leaves users exposed to serious identity and privacy violations.
For a platform of Instagram’s scale, this level of negligence in handling identity theft reports is deeply disappointing. Users deserve a clear process, a real investigation, and a timely resolution — not silence.

Instagram it’s the best app to create content

It's censorship is out of control. Photos and videos approved on other accounts removed when reposted. New accounts rejected if Instagram removed a previous account usually without justification.

I had my account many 2-3 months now. Out of no where I was asked if I was a human and sent me a code so I did that. Then it wanted my phone number (which they have all this from when I opened the account) so I put my number in there and did this twice no code was sent to verify. So I chatted with a meta Khloe and she wanted me to create a selfie of myself to prove I am who I say I am. WHAT ? I asked for proof that people need to do this to have an account through instagram and she never provided any proof you needed this. When our conversation ended I tried to get a copy of it but password was changed and couldn’t get the conversation. This is a clear invasion of my privacy and will see if anyone else experienced this harassment from instagram. Thank you

EVERYTHING created by zuckerberg is an absolute crap. The level of racism of the people working for instagram is beyond normal levels. TOO MUCH RACISM AND IMBECILITY! I will never use any of their META or whatever they call it platforms again. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE RUN BY RACISTS!

Using instagram for 7 years posting gaming videos for no reason instagram have a wonderful policy to remove all the victims accounts who actually doesn't hurt your guidelines why instagram why ... I did nothing why did you delete all of my accounts for fake followers i only have 100 followers and why did you remove my girlfriend account? Ans literally if I was a powerful man i will take a action i will case to instagram for having that trash service... You will regret what did you done everyone is gonna leave Instagram... I will say the most trash service from a company is from meta congratulations meta now you are getting too many haters

Block my account for no reason after 17 years + in Facebook and instagram!
I spoke with meta verified to activate my accounts - no one to speak. Step back from those platforms.

Very bad experience using it, It has banned my all accounts recently which i created and put very much effort on them and Instagram just banned in a second with any warning or strike. Since i was following the rules too. Bad experience ever.

Instagram is blocking users from all over the world without any control and even though they comply with the rules, I'm going to report you.

-5 stars. they deleted all my junior high pics and highschool pics, when I logged on, none of them were there. childhood gone! I have almost NO pictures left of me when I was young because deviantart also deleted everything. save your time, get them printed and text your friends. I even looked under deleted content under accounts and it said I'm not affected right now. I've always been anti social media, but this is just wrong dude. didn't even expect this. I thought they were incentivised to keep me scrolling and on their platform? I guess when you're not making them money they feel ok to do anything to you and continue to persue money and growth over people. this was the last straw. I bet if I go on my other 1 or two socials I still have too they will be gone as well. none of these companies were worth the hype then, and they're especially not worth the hype now.

Not able to fit/edit images in squares.
No customer service.
No notice of Suspension.
Just Says I don't follow COMMUNITY STANDARDS ! WHAT ARE THEY?
Found out Instagram collected all my PHONE CONTACTS! Why?
Instagram also DISABLED my ability to view anyone else's Instagram sites! Is that even legal??
Trust your gut when it comes to these social media traps. Waste of time! Made complaint with BBB. No response yet.

Horrible. NO customer service. Good luck if you have any issues resetting your password- the only option is hack recovery which may not even work- according to their AI "customer service" response. WHAT A JOKE!
