Lost 30usd credit. Their bank informed me that, they got the cash and have asked the company to credit me. But the company never did credit me. and they stopped replying to emails.

They are just scammers
The same as virtual-phonenumbers.com, check their conatcts and chat. They are scammers. I've ordered from them a virtual number, and while ordering it was 0 setup fee in their pricelist. So I was offered to topup the account for manthly fee (3.50 USD). I pay 8 UST and after that got an e-mail that setup fee is 90 USD. Of course, it was not acceptable for me and I've asked for refund. But after that request I'm totally ignored and so ther stolen my $8. Look at their contact information - you'll understand more. I have all e-mails saved together with screenshots and now initiated the chargeback procedure via my bank.
