I was paying far to much for my mobile phone insurance. Due to the coronavirus and finances I decided to make some changes.
This was so easy to do. Should have done it ages ago!.

New insurance
Took phone insurance out as i got a new phone, easy to sort, coverd for more or less everything , £50 excess. Not bad for a fiver a month. See how i get on if i need to use tho.

I purchased my phone insurance online…
I purchased my phone insurance online and the first time I purchased said unavailable to purchase I had to go back to the home screen I did it for the 2and time and took me back to the home screen saying unable to proceed I left it then half hour later I get 2 emails saying thankyou for purchasing our mobile phone insurance I then spoke to an agent through email to make sure the policy has not come out twice for the same insurance then I get a reply back asking when I purchased time and date I informed them as well as the ref numbers on the emails I still have not recieved any further response nor confirmation
