I bought the premium plan invideo.io, program crashes every time, it is laggy, and live support does not answer fast, waited for answers for around 50 minutes! The quality of the final product is disgusting, much easier to do by yourself.

At first it worked perfectly with out any flaws. But lately just, hazzle.. Failed this and Failed that.. Very slow rendering and when rendered, missing media or just dark not showing media underneath. Cant keep up with the online demand?

I paid for this service and it has deleted my work dozens of times. It took me two hours to make a video that should've taken 10 minutes because it kept deleting my clips, saying 'reconnecting' instead of saving my work and then just deleting it all so I had to start again over and over. Tried this on two different laptops and it did the same thing. I won't rest until I get a full refund.

All-in one AI-assisted video creation.
An intuitive, simple interface and can create videos from text. A myriad of stock images, videos and sounds to choose from, as well as AI-generated voice-overs. Support is 1A!!! Available 24/7, never had to wait more than a few seconds on their Chat.
I decided to go for a lifetime subscription.

This is 100% a great tool. Editing capabilities are amazing for a browser based solution like this.
What tops it all - is a layer based editing capability like any professional motion graphics software or an editing software.
I am a professional video producer and have experience with Adobe tools and FCP - this would come 80% close to features there.
The inbuilt stock pullers are great too.
The AI capabilities to match a shot with the script is still evolving - they might vary in different contexts - might need tweaking.
All in all - a savior when you don't have time to use downloaded tools.

I have purchased a business license, but there were some issues with rendering.. i contacted support through chat, but the solutions there didn't work. Then they escalated this to their technical team, and we arranged a Google Meet call. Ronak was more than willing to help me, and after several calls, he solved this! I don't know exactly what the issue was, but I am impressed with all the help I got. For me, great companies are those with state-of-the-art support, and InVideo is one such company. my experience was great because i was having trouble editing text onscreen (it was a skill issue) but then i messaged senior support executive kenny who helped me troubleshoot right away so the problem was fixed ASAP and im able to finish my AP world final video smoothly. thank you kenny! and invideo is really easy to work with.
