spam haven

On march 17th a company spammed me two times which was hosted with this company. I supplied copies to spamcop and abuse at ionos as well as trustpilot. The person at trust pilot couldn't be bothered to read those reports. On march 22, and 23 I got hit again. I noticed all these websites are templated fake businesses. Again Ionos did nothing. Again I supplied copies to trustpilot and spamcop.

Wow These guys Suck!

Wow! Sitejabber gives this crummy business 1.5 stars, BBB gives it 1.3. Here it gets 4.1 stars which is proof it’s not only who you blow, but who you know. Trust Pilot obviously can be bought and is meaningless. This company suckered me into some kind of CONtract without my knowledge and they are going after me. Of course, I will be returning the favor and will be going after those scumbags. Buyer beware, Trust Pilot is untrustworthy and so is Ionos!

Best Service and Help Desk EVER!

Help was quick and effective and the contact was polite and knowledgeable about the site and systems involved. I have never had difficulty with Ionos Help (like I have experienced with some other sites and hosts.) Ionos is top notch and I will never use another service.

Lada was very helpful and professional

Lada was very helpful, she understood my concerns and helped me from start to finish without complaint. She is definitely a shining star and I was Blessed to speak with her today. Super Frustrating Experience

I've dealt with many hosting companies in my life. IONOS was the worst. IONOS customer support reps need some serious training. I spent over two hours, in a 24-hour period trying to get IONOS to download my website file, configure my name servers, and eventually host my site...relatively simple tasks. IONOS customer support reps were literally going in circles, never downloading the file, unable to figure out why name server designations weren't working, and of course unable to get the site up and working. On top of all of this, IONOS billed my credit card for two products when I only needed one...hosting, which never came to fruition.

All around frustrating experience.

i had the pleasure to talk about my invoice problems with meagan mclean. she helped me not only by understanding the problems and solving them, but also by explaining patiently every step she was taking. so polite, so amazing, i could really feel like she was a friend trying to get me the best deals and support that i need. very satisfied with the customer service. i cant be thankful enough

Surprise charges!?

I left my account unattended for a while and when I went to purchase another domain, I had an amount owing of over $200 lol I've never used any of their services because they're so unreliable and not at all easy to use. They took my money for the domain I purchased and there is a contract purchase recorded and everything but they didn't sell me the domain, its still available. $200+ for 3 domains for under a year? hahaha ill just go somewhere else. Good luck getting that money ionos.

I highly suggest Wordpress as an alternative or Wix is also fantastic, bluehost is decent but their support sucks.

Ionos Hosting Site and Domain Transfer

We were able to transfer our WordPress site and custom domain to Ionos for the best price out there without misleading gimmicks. The site transfer took some time to find the right plug-in. I wish now that I had called their help number for that issue. I did use their help number later for a question and they are very professional and kind.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst. I told them a million times to stop charging me for services on auto charge and I was assured multiple times I wouldn’t get charged and here we go again…my card was yet charged again. Do I need to get a lawyer??? This is getting to be a legal matter now.

SCAMMM REFUND IT BACK I paid 12$ for a year for hosting…

I paid 12$ for a year for hosting service i paid via paypal I couldn't even create a website or the webspace because the site is so glitchy that it cant be used at all, so i cancelled my contract my payment is pending in paypal status, i couldn't file a dispute paypal said "We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction." WHERE IS THE MONEY NOW!!!???

IONOS is as great as Godaddy

IONOS is as great as Godaddy, they have the best deals when it comes to domains, web hosting, website builders, etc, they always have offers and great deals and there are many advantages from using IONOS services,

Excellent customer service

I had a few calls into the helpline regarding our organization's situation. All the staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. However my last call in and interaction with Desirie was just exceptional. She worked thoroughly and efficiently in resolving our problem. In addition, she was so friendly and warm. I appreciate her getting us up and running again, and so quickly. Highly recommend IONOS.

Long-time IONOS customer

Long-time IONOS customer, but was off to a bumpy start this time. Took me a few days to get served by Neil Kevin Fa. (I hope he doesn't mind me sharing his name here). Got some of the best customer service I've gotten so far. If this were the standard, conducting business would be a lot easier.

Excellent phone support

I especially like ionos as my web host because I can always get a person on the phone when I need technical assistance. (Which is not very often.) I'm not that tech savvy, it's a great feature and why I'm a longtime customer.
