Desperately in need of a returns address as noone replies to you via email apart from the automated Alice Robinson? Poor poor customer service as they know not replying will eat into the returns timeframe where they will refuse to pay.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful clothing, service, delivery timeframe. SHOCKING!! If you do decide to buy from here, take no notice of the so called UK sizes as they are HUGE in comparison. Make sure you check the actual measurements!! To return, it would cost me over £30!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE !!!! Complete waste of money on utter CRAP!

No star rating - cheap Chinese crap doesn’t even look or fit like photo - no refunds or money back - takes weeks to come!!! You have been warned do not but unless you want to throw your money down the drain - they are a joke!!! They should be shut down!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

They show you something else and send you something else.
The fabric quality I received was so so cheap and nothing like shown on the instragram advert.
So so tacky and such cheap fabric.
Not anything like it’s shown in their advert.
If I saw this in a shop I wouldn’t even pay £5 for it and yet it cost me £40 by ordering from them.
( I had ordered the black kaftan set)

I received my dress which was too large for me.. I was offered 50% cash return and to keep the item, which I did..Alice, customer service was very helpful..

I bought a green printed dress on this site and the staff told me the fabric needed an upgrade, so the delivery was delayed. I liked the dress very much after I received it, I can get such a good quality dress at such a low price. I highly recommend this site if you want to buy cheap and good looking dresses.

Do not buy from this site!!! Its a scam...i ordered few days back but have not received anything from them.

Do not order from these people this is a scam. I placed the order in September and never received it. You can’t get in touch with them or anything. They took our money and just kept it in we received nothing.

Purchased 3 items on 5 September 2022, I have emailed them 5 times with a response from Alice Robinson from service, looking my order. Then I emailed again when I did not here from them again. Then Alice sent a screenshot of the tracking number. When I put it in it did not work, emailed again, went back to the website to try tracking again the tracking has since been removed and also to review your order. It goes to the landing page. I did a location lookup, looks like an apartment. There is no number to call on the site.

this site is not good. I made my purchase in September 15, and until now I have not received my purchase. I made the purchase by ad on instagram. I've sent several emails, they always respond with the same apology, but they don't offer me the day my purchase arrives, Please be careful with this site. I unfortunately did not research them before purchasing.

This company doesn't really deserve a Star rating. I placed a order with them on Sept. 3, I cannot track my order # from their website, I created an account and cannot log in, the phone number provided, is not being answered it rings then hangs up. I'm out of pocket $68 for two outfits. Beware of this company. I purchased from a Advertisement on Instagram. BEWARE OF THESE TYPES OF ADS!!!!
