The gentleman online was very helpful; and polite but very misinformed. The internet provider suggested to me has so many negative reviews and has such a bad reputation that should never have been recommended to me or anyone else.

I wanted to explore a reasonably priced non broadband contract and, apart from the call taking a lot longer than I had expected, I’d say iSelect did a very good job. The assistant was polite, patient and professional. I received prompt confirmation of the agreement and reckon I got a good deal, though it hasn’t been connected yet so whether the service provider is OK remains to be seen. The only downside was the pressure to change utility provider at the same time, which I didn’t want to do. They’ve called a few times since, and I’m not picking up. Overall, I recommend iSelect.
