This platform is really clear on what types of training can be found.
So before my purchase I knew the courses I needed are available.
Very clear which features belong to specific subscription and what the costs are.
Very happy that payment was possible with something other than a credit card!!

I had been with ITPRO for more than two years before I enter college, and their training helped me a lot in university by learning topics from them as well as getting more motivated to get my first certificate.

I absolutely love the content of the videos! The podcast feel to it makes it really easy to listen to as well as understand. The hosts do a fantastic job of keeping me engaged with the information. I purchased a subscription to mainly study for the new Security+ SY0-701 exam. However, there are no practice tests for the 701 as of yet for this, which was a bit disappointing. I know it's a new exam and developing tests takes time, but I would have loved to see it as part of my purchase. I'm sure it will be offered in the future, at which point I'll be changing my review to a 5-star. Thanks for all the hard work!

I am a 51 year old, retired U.S. Army veteran and I am in the process of progressing my new career. I already have a degree and I have been in the IT field for almost a year, but I definitely need to get some certs to keep advancing. I found ITProTV through their sponsorship of Network Chuck. I have been using the site for about 2 months now and I have been extremely impressed. The videos are excellent, the edutainers are fun and interesting, and the labs and practice tests are well done. I am happy I found this site and I will recommend it to everyone I can. As a matter of fact, I have already recommended to several people, including my younger brother. Thanks ITProTV!!!

I wish the labs were paired with the corresponding videos so all the relevant subject matter made for a little more of a cohesive lesson plan. It would be nice if the lab progress was displayed on the labs main page so you could easily keep track your progression. Overall it's my favorite format of IT online learning I've tried over the years. Kudos to you all, great job and thank you.

I paid for the regular monthly subscription. However, two days later after watching about two or three videos I realized that I didnt enjoy the content. I emailed support to ask for a refund but it was denied

So far i love your methodology, i have tried many different pages and this one has been the most succesful. One thing i would like to mention is that everynow and then you guys dont go too deep into some terms they get just mentioned an for us zero knoledge starters is really hard to catch up. After you mention them you assume we know what you meant and keep but talking about those terms and if they have been fully dominated. This has been my struggle. Dont get me wrong i still love u guys keep up the awesome work

I really liked how certain certifications had a boat load of knowledge and questions that relate on the practice exams for example A+, AWS cloud practitioner. but for certain certifications i felt like there was no real “relevant” knowledge and they had completely missed the mark. For example the AZ-900. a lot of it had felt like “useless” information and pushed me to use a lot more than just itpro when prior i was able to just study with itpro

I’ll be honest, some of the instruction FEELS a little outdated, but that is not a fair representation of the level of instruction you’re receiving. The instructors genuinely care about the people paying to take these classes, and it shows. I am glad ACI was recommended to me, and I will recommend them to anyone I cross paths with!

I have a study guide I purchased and it was text based. I found ACI through NetworkChuck and it's been a great supplement to the material I'm reading I watch their videos on the side as it pertains to the courses I'm reading through and it's been super helpful to get the knowledge to stick. From their visual examples, listening to it and reading it on the side has been great!

Some of the instructors are great. Some are terrible. Unfortunately if a bad one is covering the topic you need to know, you have no choice but to sit through it! I think more attention should be paid to how good the instructors are at speaking and how passionate they are about the subject matter. The content is also frequently just glossed over, and the complete lack of preparation ahead of time is terrible. There should be deeper, more in depth tutorials rather than just reading off the list of certification objectives. I would also make the videos longer rather than making a separate video for EVERY, SINGLE, TOPIC.

My other huge complaint is the total garbage app and iOS web support. Continuous play doesn't work for audio playback, the app doesn't do background play, bookmarks aren't available on mobile, episodes don't get marked as watched unless you close and reopen the app.

The free practice tests and labs are great.

Of all my complaints, the only thing that is unbearable, and what I would make the highest priority to fix is getting the instructors that don't have good speaking skills some coaching, or get rid of them!

The videos and labs are not worth the money, they don't go into details in a lot of topics and you can find more useful videos online for free.

ACI Learning is very good in its concept and how the service works with its training by audio/ visual/ hands on labs/ practice test. This was something I was in search of to improve and keep my current skill set sharpen.
