Week at Lake Travis
My family spent Spring Break at a vacation rental on Lake Travis and had a wonderful time. From the minute we made the reservation until we checked out, iTrip was responsive to all of our needs. They checked in on us during our stay, offered us an early check-in, and we were left a thoughtful gift basked.

Run!! House of Horrors in Charleston SC
Run!!! Worst vacation rental ever! So many issues with this home. Nothing as advertised, fraudulent advertisement. We stayed in Charlredon, SC the first week in June. The chairs where and couch was broken. The ceiling was leaking water from the recess light, we where terrified the house would burn down! the kitchen sink leaked and the refrigerator was missing shelves. Broken kitchen chairs, wood flooring was in the master bedroom. The house was filthy! Hairs, crumbs, trash, change, bugs all in the couch. Bugs and trash under the couch. The grill was rusty and had leaves all in it! This place!! Horrendous. THE OWNER would not come and address any issues. Very rude and unprofessional. He or she would not identify who they where and would only text, not call. They did offer for us to leave and they would refund us the nights we had not stayed. No offense to give us all our money back, or help with other logging. I only stayed because I had my elderly parents. House of Horrors, I only wish I could add my pictures! Run!!

Booked a vacation on lake Travis. We were in our way with confirmation in hand when they told us it had been cancelled and it was Airbnb’s fault. We called Airbnb who had no record of cancellation.
They took no accountability. Don’t book without alternate plans.

Don’t book with this place. We booked a condo on the beach in February and now 1 month before we leave the owner canceled our trip.
Now guess what there’s no where to go in Gulf Shores, AL at least not on the beach.
Now we’re forced to cancel our vacation. Buyer beware!!!

We were there for a small family reunion. With the hustle and bustle of being on vacation and excitement of seeing everyone, going through the rental house with a fine tooth comb was not on the top of our list the first day. You would expect it to be clean and ready for use. By the second day little things were noticed, but we did not think too much of them. For example the master bedroom comforter had multiple stains, the blender was crusted with the remnants of old drinks, two of the showers had sand in them that was certainly not ours since we had not even been to the beach at the time it was noticed. Towels in the bedroom on the first floor had make up stains on them and since it was my sons room and he does not use make up clearly they were stained prior to our arrival. Overall our stay was great since the house was a good fit for all of us and the location was excellent. We would not even have mentioned any of the cleanliness issues except now I am being charged for soiled linens! If we did soil linens I would not dispute the charges, but when you check in and linens are already soiled it is a problem!!! If renters are going to be charged for soiled linens then the house better be in EXCELLENT condition upon arrival! That was far from the case with this house. I would not recommend this house due to the fact that it is the renters responsibility to make sure the house is in the proper condition rather than the owners! As I said when you are on vacation anywhere but especially at the beach you just want to enjoy you stay and it should not be your responsibility to make sure there are no issues with the house that you could be charged for.

DO NOT USE iTRIP!! If I could give zero stars I would. Prior to arrival, all calls were returned and promises were made. Once we arrived, all communications stopped. We called and texted with help requests to no avail. These folks are in waaaay over their heads!

Great Service
We had a number of questions leading up to our reservation in Lake Travis and Heather (Director of Guest Services) was very responsive (and patient). The weekend was wonderful. Home was very clean and just as pictures suggested, we had a nice welcome gift waiting for us, and Heather checked in on us the day after arrival to make sure we'd gotten settled in.

Do not use itrip!
Believe the reviews! We read them but decided to risk it anyway which was a poor choice. Company just about making money not about your well-being or reputation. Other agencies in these times are understanding and flexible. Despite contacting the company due to poor weather and asking for in part refund or even credit towards future booking they would rather we travel in -18 storm warnings with young children. Don’t book with these guys.

I just cancelled my iTrip Vacations (Clearwater, FL office) rental via VRBO. The cancellation penalties area of the property and my post-booking "manage my booking" tab stated that the cancellation fees would be $250 up to a certain date - no asterisk or additional info. As that date approached, I made sure to cancel. Hidden somewhere in some part of an agreement document were the specifics of $250 OR 10% of the booking costs. That $250 fee doubled and then some. I believe this business is purposefully misleading the booking public. Look elsewhere.

We just rented Las Brisas Unit 507 in Madeira Beach. We rescheduled our vacation thru ITRIP from the spring as a result of the Covid crisis. We paid $4500.00 to rent this condo. To say we have been disappointed with our condo and experience is an understatement. We did call the office and let them know our frustration.
To begin, the laundry room has a washer and dryer that was not only rusted but extremely dirty. The entire laundry room was disorganized and a mess. The washer shakes violently when you use it. In addition there was drywall missing above the electrical box and the fresh air vent or air conditioner vent was filthy.
Now, lets move on to the kitchen. The burners worked 50% of the time on the stove. There was a breakfast bar but no bar stools. Instead we had to use chairs from the dining room table. The upholstery on these chairs is ripped and shredded with the foam padding clearly visible. Just unacceptable. By the way, you need to leave instructions on how the operate the televisions and you may also want to check out the grills as only one of them worked.
Customer service at the ITRIP office was also an issue. My son in law called your office on Tuesday because he was having a to have a medical device shipped overnight, The person he spoke to at the office told him to have it delivered to your office and assured him they would call the minute it was delivered. They told him someone would be there to receive the delivery. On Wednesday, not hearing from anyone he called your office at 4:30. The person he spoke to said he was getting ready to call because the driver put a note on your door at 12:30 saying they tried to deliver but no one was there. Seriously. We had to drive to Fed Ex and wait hours for the package to get back, not that you may care, but pretty frustrating on your vacation. To summarize, we fully understand these units are individually owned, however we paid a premium price to you in order to guarantee a clean and modernized condo. So you fully understand, we have attached pictures to document our issues.
On a positive note, the ocean view and beach access is very nice. That being said, we will never use ITRIp to book a vacation again. By the way we Emailed ITRIP and no response.

They are a scam!!! Paid for rental, received verification and 4 days before arriving they emailed me and said they could not honor my rate due to it being wrong on the website!! Wanted more money out of me or said they would cancel my reservation!! Do not trust them!!!

At itrip I spoke to a woman by the name Liann Dimare. At first she sounded nice and professional but she is not! She doesn't return phone calls. Overall flaky. She also hosts homes on Airbnb . All over the place. Very disappointed. Wasted my time.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. The manager seemed easily angered and lied on several occasions. I was constantly following up to make sure we were getting promised refunds, etc. during COVID. He even resorted to name calling. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this company to anyone!!

Poor customer service
On June 24th 2020 we arrived for my husbands birthday along with my 83 year old mother-n-law. Because of Covid we purchased all our groceries on our way down because we couldn’t take a chance with our mothers health. When we went to make dinner that was planned only to find the oven didn’t work. When we called the I trips representative indicated they were aware and it would be replaced after our departure. And offered us a $50 rebate. They did however go out and purchase us a toaster oven. But honestly nothing we had planned actually fit in that. Had they informed us of this ahead of time would have given us the opportunity to make some changes or even have them find us a different place to stay.
After all that they gave ME a bad guest review With a 2 star rating and said we left the place unclean! I am a VRBO owner myself and I always leave the place immaculate. This management company is extremely unprofessional.
