Steven was brilliant from start to finish, he made time out of hours to let me come and view the car, and upon arrival there was nothing I could fault about the vehicle itself. Soon after I gave him a call to say that I was keen on buying the car and he was open to putting a brand new MOT on it which passed through with no advisories. He later had the car ready for my collection the same day. Smooth from start to finish and so pleased with my purchase, i couldn’t recommend buying from Steven enough. 5* from me

We bought our Honda Stepwagon from Japan Autos. Steven was excellent throughout - very professional and helpful service, with great communication. He even picked us up from the railway station when we came to collect the vehicle. We have no hesitation in recommending Japan Autos.

This is our first Japanese import and we could not be any happier. Steven took us around the car and showed us all the functions and equipment. I noticed the car had kilometres not miles as well as the stereo was in Japanese he said not an issue for a bit extra he got it all sorted in a week.

Just bought our second car from Steven and wouldn't hesitate buying another, despite the 500 mile distance between us. The cars are top quality and fairly priced, coupled with Steven's attention to detail and accommodating delivery - this time he personally drove the car half way up country to meet us.

I've not even used Steven yet but what a great phonecall I had with him. Had a specialised question for him and he took the time to explain in great yet simple detail about the process. Never felt rushed or pressurised at all. My questions and concerns were answered genuinely. My follow up e-mail was replied to swiftly and full answers. Very very impressed.

I found Japan Autos through an internet search over Christmas and after seeing the ad for a Honda Stepwagon decided to make the trip and view it.
Right from the start, Steven was unlike any car salesman I have met. I felt like I was being informed rather than being sold to. His knowledge of his subject was first class and helped a lot with making a decision.
We were too rushed to take a test drive but returned some days later. I wanted an extended drive to satisfy myself of the cars performance and he readily accepted a 45min run.
