The major minus for me was that their website didn’t have an option to switch to English. Other qualities of the service itself on a high level. The prices are very reasonable, the installations is fast and smooth. It looks that they implemented their own system, which works as a clock, without any further problems to going around to find somebody to fix the roof problems. Decent service, yeah💪

We are being told that they made a mistake in the measurements and bought a 90x90 window instead of a 60x90 so it needs to be ordered again. But they can install the two small 60x60 windows.
As they are about to leave, we can see that the wooden panels have been removed without our consent because "they didn't fit their standards". But we haven't been told nor asked about it. So now we have a direct sight into the concrete and insulation of our roof in two rooms.
They tell us "Oh don't worry, we will send a carpenter to fix it next week".
Later on, the same evening, I receive a mail "Actually, the carpenter's work is not included, it will be 25k dkk extra".
They apparently threw the panels away, without taking a picture which means the insurance will not take any part of the extra cost because we cannot justify that they needed to be replaced. Were they in a bad state and needed to be changed? I don't know and we have no way of checking.
To put the nail in the coffin, I received a mail stating that they wouldn't replace the third window until we agree to their conditions. It feels like we are being abused and this is a scam. Was it on purpose that they removed it without letting us know and are adding a steep increased cost? I don't know but it sure feels like it.
As a little extra, I was also told the windows could be operated through an app and be automatised to self-open in the case of the bathroom when the moisture is too high for instance. But I wasn’t told that it was depending on an addon, which is not included… it will be an extra 2,000dkk and I will have to install it myself.

Accepted quote from this company for renewal of the chimney flashing on my Danish summer house in spring 2023. This company knows NOTHING about the correct procedure for applying Wakaflex, their choice of material. They did not remove old flashing as specified in the quote, simply wound the plastic round the chimney a couple of times, leaving highs and lows on the roof and old flashing sticking out at one corner, then finished with a metal rail screwed into the chimney, the top of which was covered with mastic. They also ruined 8 perfectly good roof tiles in the process, which they replaced from our stock.

I sent them instructions taken from the Internet on how Wakaflex should be applied and asked them to redo the work. They turned up without prior notice to do this but failed again to insert a finishing metal strip into the chimney before bending it out over the plastic. Instead they screwed a metal rail on as before and applied mastic to the top.

I contacted a local builder, who said this was not the correct way of finishing chimney flashing. He has just (December 2023) inserted zink into the brickwork of the chimney and out over the Wakaflex and reported that the work done by JT was of poor quality with several holes in the plastic! Presumably, they failed to grind off sharp and pointed bits of the old flashing, leaving them to puncture the Wakaflex.

I would steer clear of this company for the type of work I have described.
