I returned a jacket on the 20th of may 2026 (3 weeks ago) - I send an email on the 27th of may and since I don't have any news. There is no phone number to call. I don't know what to do anymore.

I ordered an item, it went back to the sender in Austria. They are not replying to my emails and there is no phone number to call. I wouldn't trust them.

Terrible customer service and confusing sizing
I ordered two pairs of shoes in a European size 36 (my normal size). I received a size 5 instead. While this may be their conversion, the website provided no clear size chart to explain this. When I reached out to customer service, instead of helping and offering a simple return or exchange, they demanded photos of the boxes and the product inside. The customer service is incredibly poor and unhelpful. I am returning the shoes and will not be buying from this company again. Do not recommend it, better choices out there.

Made my second order on Jan 29 (2 bags), February 10 still no tracking info available. Contacted customer service with the question when to expect shipment but they could not give me an estimate. I replied that that's OK as long as I'm able to receive my order, as I was a little worried that goods were in the meantime sold out. There was still more stock available at the time I made my order but guess what, few hours after sending my email raising my concern, i received the message that 1 of the bags could not be delivered due to being out of stock...)
Still no clue when the other bag will arrive.

I have read some reviews and many people say that they placed an order through your page and that it never arrived. I would like to receive an answer urgently, I already have an order of €240€.

No news for one week, no bill, no post update.
Contacted them this morning 29.12.25: told me: no worries it’s on going all is okay, it’s because of the holiday.
Later the same day:
We had to cancel your order…
One week waiting for nothing, my size is now no more available.
No sorry, no discount, nothing.
Will never order again from this website

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying online. I spent 470€ for an order on the 11th November. The order still didn’t come to me and and also GLS confirmed that it has been sent to the wrong address, but they still keep denying and not refunding me. Today the order is planned to be delivered… in Austria… again. Well, I live in Italy…

I recently bought three items from them; they were delivered in pristine form. Added to the parcel was a post label (Paketetikette) for a free return; in my eyes, this shows respect for the customer, which - unfortunately - many dealers and providers rarely have. Added to all the above, the price of the items was competitive. I do not know what else a customer would expect, nor do I understand the relatively low rating for this firm.

I chose a retro style SMEG device, which as SMEG is fantastic, concerning the delivery, the service and the customer service I’m really disappointed!
The device came 14 days after the order (described on website as 3 working days). They delivered the device with a German/austrian Socket with a wrong adapter that was impossible to plug but as well to remove. Contacted several the support haven’t received once a suitable solution. Needed to pay myself an electrician to remove the adapter. The customer support was unhelpful and provided an unuseful 15% discount on the next order. But the electrician I had to pay it my self. I will never buy again something in a such unhelpful and NON customer friendly platform.
I was not as confident to make the order at Kastner & Öhler website due to bad reviews on Trustpilot. However, my experience was very positive and went smoothly. From making the order , receiving the item fast and having a smooth return. My money was credited back in a matter of 3 working days. Very positive experience.
I have been charged for a purchase I did not make
bought a north face jacket and I could immediately tell that it is a fake one. I've seen the bad review and was skeptical at first, but I thought I might give it a chance... no it is not worth it. Save your money somewhere else
Do not buy from them
Ordered a perfume I was looking for a long time and could not find in any physical store. The online order process was easy and quick, the delivery was very fast and customer service also great! Would definitely order again:)

I placed order on saturday and they sent me an email about the order. On sunday i found negative comments about the store, so i was worried. I called customer service on monday, because there was no information about the order process. On wednesday i got a message I received a message that the package had been sent. Althougt i live in foreign country i received my package in 2 DAYS!
