We used PetroCanada for our cell phones on an annual plan using their monthly data plan for service when not on wifi. When they changed their service we lost the data and did not understand why we had no maps or email on the road. After figuring it out we changed to Keepgo, buying 1GB for about the same price, but since it does not expire it lasts twice as long or more and is good in the US and MX as well, so no need to buy extra service when traveling. Our wifi numbers will work on Keepgo so we get North American phone, text and roaming with faster service than before at half the price or less. Others are paying 4x to 12x what we are now on Keepgo! Well done, and thank you.

The esim is easy to install, but the bandwidth was limited (compared to a local SIM card) and I had to frequently change to a different local operator to get better signal and bandwidth. I had issues accessing my email account that the Keepgo customer service was not able to resolve. The Keepgo customer service was responsive and tried to help.

Recently I changed my phone, with the old phone gone I reloaded my original travel e-SIM. I couldn’t use the new credits since I couldn’t find my e-sim on the new phone. Try to figure out what’s going on, I contacted the chat, took a few days to discuss back and forth, finally I can use it! While away in different cities, it’s good to have some data for communication and maps while travelling , thank you!

It took me a long time but with your help I finally got it.

Bought an Esim for a trip to Europe last year and everything was easy to set up and worked great. Never had any issues with speed or connectivity. My phone unfortunately got water damaged and I have since gotten a new one. Tried activating the sim on this phone but got a message saying it was already tied to my first one. Sent a request through the live chat in regards to how I can proceed. I received a response within 5 minutes from Ndifreke that the old one was deactivated and a new sim # was provided. They had already transferred my unused data to the new sim as well. Well done Ndifreke! You have earned your company a customer for life with how politely and swiftly it was resolved!

Keepgo staff helped me with installing and activating my Corvus eSIM. There was a glitch with bill payment which they also resolved promptly so I am a satisfied and confident customer.
I gave 5 stars, even though getting past the issue was a bit stressful for a short time, but Keepgo staff kept going, worked hard, kept me in the loop and fixed everything.
So it’s more than keeping your data when travelling. If you have a problem Keepgo staff will “Keepgoing" until you are a happy customer!

Very easy to install and works very well in Europe

This is second eSIM I bought from Keeogo- i am resident in Singapore but travels to Europe often, so first one is for Europe coverage and recently bought the second to cover Middle East. i had difficulties to connect the service in Saudi Arabia and contacted KeepGo via email. Hoa was right on it, explained to me what I shall do and offer further help if it does not work. Unfortunately it did not work while i was in KSA, but he kept checking the cause and kept me updated. Now problem solved and i shall have very good connection next time i am in KSA. I am very impressed with Hoa's dedication and sense of responsibility.
