Fantastic service. Got a Ubiquity UMR-Ultra-US to use with a North American lifetime data only plan.
Only hiccup I had in the setup was that I didn't have Roaming enabled on the router, which Ndifreke figure out pretty quickly and had us online in two seconds. Highly recommended!

Even though I struggled to activate the new SIM card, I was able to get help and guidance and got it all sorted due to HoaKhuong’s patience and help.

- on the website it says the free 100MB are only valid for 7 days, but in the email confirmation it says "100 MB with no expiration date". contradicting information.
- $7 fee for using the free 100MB on a non-supported Smartphone. that punishes people who don't have an eSim capable smartphone but have a 9eSim in their smartphone.
- it is not possible to see the regular price for 100MB before doing the free trail.
- regular price for 100MB in Germany is too high. only $1 less than 1GB.
- prices for India too high
- I deactivated to get informative emails, but still got an email that I didnt use the 1 GB free data coupon code yet.
- the answers of the customer service to these points seem to written by AI and are not satisfactory. they didn't hand these bullet point to the responsible department to improve.

Very reliable and easy to use eSIM. You do need to wait a bit sometimes when you first arrive in a new country for it to find a network and it is expensive!! But the online support is fantastic and I have messaged Customer Happiness Service agent - Hoa Khuong from a couple of different countries with issues and who has always been an amazing help.

Although customer service was always good, friendly and quick with responding, Keepgo nowadays is quite overpriced. If I can buy a similar world-plans with 4 times the data cheaper at the competition than it's time to stop with Keepgo. No expiry sounds great but not at sky high prices. Keepgo, wake up!

Excellent value for an excellent product. Only issue is the website is a little clunky.

It works perfect in where I am. The speed is great, signal is also super stable. I like it being a life time plan, so I do not have to worry about expiry date, I can just purchase the amount I need, and nothing will be wasted.

eSIM works as advertised. Wishing the IP was US or Canada but it works fine nonetheless.

Die Lieferung der SIM war sehr schnell, die Einrichtung unkompliziert und der Support reagiert schnell, freundlich und engagiert – das ist wirklich hervorzuheben. Besonders überzeugend ist das Konzept des „Lifetime Data“, also dass das Datenvolumen nicht verfällt. Das ist ein großer Vorteil gegenüber vielen anderen Anbietern und war für mich ein entscheidender Grund für die Nutzung.
In der Praxis funktioniert die SIM zuverlässig in den Netzen von Vodafone und O2 mit stabiler 4G-Verbindung.

Ein wichtiger Hinweis für Nutzer in Deutschland: Obwohl Telekom (T-Mobile) als unterstützter Roaming-Partner aufgeführt wird, war in meinem Fall dort keine Datennutzung möglich. Trotz sehr gutem Empfang hat sich die SIM nur in EDGE (2G) eingebucht, und es konnte keinerlei Datenverbindung aufgebaut werden.
Da das Telekom-Netz in vielen Regionen die beste Abdeckung bietet, ist das ein relevanter Punkt.
Fazit: Sehr gutes Produkt mit starkem Konzept und hervorragendem Support. Wer mit Vodafone oder O2 gut versorgt ist, bekommt hier eine flexible und langfristige Lösung. Für Nutzer, die zwingend auf das Telekom-Netz angewiesen sind, sollte man diesen Punkt vorab prüfen.

I tested Keepgo in Germany and overall had a very positive experience.
The SIM delivery was very fast, the setup was straightforward, and the support team is quick, friendly, and responsive – definitely a strong point. One of the biggest advantages is the “lifetime data” concept, meaning the data does not expire. This is a major benefit compared to many other providers and was a key reason why I chose Keepgo.
In practice, the SIM works reliably on Vodafone and O2 with stable 4G connectivity.
One important note for users in Germany: although Telekom (T-Mobile) is listed as a supported roaming partner, data usage was not possible in my case. Despite having very good signal strength, the SIM only connected to EDGE (2G), and no data connection could be established at all.
Since Telekom often provides the best coverage in many areas, this is an important consideration.
Conclusion: a very good product with a strong concept and excellent support. If Vodafone or O2 work well in your area, this is a flexible and long-term solution. However, if you rely on Telekom coverage, you should check this point carefully in advance.

So easy buy and install. And not very expensive

The new SIM card did not automatically configure the settings so I had to do it manually. The instructions for doing this do not match the settings menus on the Pixel 8 phone, so I had to do some searching to figure out how to configure this model phone.

In general, the service was good. I experience some difficulties connecting, mostly at first, and I sometimes lose the connection.

It is great and easy to use!! Would be amazing if there was an app aswell for it

Affordable and effective, works well most of the time but signal can be on and off (the carrier it uses for my location doesn't have the best coverage in my area).
