This sit is obviously dodgy! Do not buy from here. Bought a baby dress and paid for postage and then received an email to say the item was out of stock and asking if I wanted a refund. I replied I wanted a refund and then received an email notifying me “ Your message couldn't be delivered to sales@outletshopforkids….because the remote server is misconfigured. See the technical details below for more information”. I have tried numerous times and cannot contact them. Extremely dodgy, I will be reporting them!

Cannot believe in 2024 nearly 5 there a people conning you on kids clothing and shoes ! Disgusting to take people’s money and not provide the goods. Take your website down and stop trading! Zero customer service it doesn’t exist along with the site and goods

Never answer the phone or respond to emails

Attempted to contact outlet shop for kids numerous times, with no answer. On the site, it asks for your details (email address etc) and once entered, a discount code is promised. This did not come through. Beware, this may not be a legitimate site.

worst company i have ever dealt with,you cant access their site for returns,e mailed several times,phone number on internet result,not theirs,spoke to a former partner,he said he would contact them,phone number removed next day
asked him twice,no response form the company,wrong color,wrong size,how you return in 14 days if wont contact you?

Have received no tracking info and no delivery.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from here. I ordered some dresses as potential flower girl dresses. However, when the dress came some were stained and the others didn’t fit well. I decided to keep only one dress. I tried calling them numerous times but the number they had on their website is for a herbalist. Sent them an email on return address as after being unable to reach them I didn’t want to trust the address on their website. Surprise surprise they did not respond to well over 14days (their returns policy) to get back to me. I had to send the item out using the address on their website. Over 14 days later to returns date (I think it was 5 days later when the 14 days had expired they emailed back) they emailed with some other address: I responded but over 2 weeks now no response from them. They owe me over £40 and still awaiting my refund. I have reported them to trade Ombudsman.

I was really impressed. Did a google search for general items ...looking for a last minute gift ....found the perfect item at a crazily good price...ordered it and it was here within 48 hours> And really good quality! Thank you! X

I ordered a dress and paid £5.95 for Royal Mail 1st class fully tracked delivery as I needed the dress for a particular day. When I went to track the order on their website, no information was provided, it just stated that the order was completed. However the description of this delivery service on their website stated ‘this will provide updated information on where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.’ The website stated there was a guarantee that it would arrive within 2 days which it didn’t. I have emailed them numerous times to no response. I do not recommend this website at all! I will now be getting in touch with PayPal in order to see if I can get a refund that way.

The jacket I ordered was great, unfortunately in with the jacket I ordered was a very big pair of scissors packed in with the jacket. I am awaiting a response regarding this.

I bought from this website after looking at the reviews. It turns out it is not as great as I thought it would be. I placed the order, received an email few days later saying it has been posted. Then a week later, I asked for an update by email, no response. I phoned and was told the manager will call me back. No call returned. Emailed again, no response. Eventually I went elsewhere to buy what I needed. Called to cancel my order and was told I'll get a refund within the next few days. Now my order had turned up 2 days later, which I want to return. I was told on the phone by a very nice man that the number on the website is no longer asscoiated with this company and he was only passing the message to the relevant person. I currently cannot even log in to my account on the website to print the return label. What's going on??
