I've been using Kind2 for a few years now. The products are amazing, I restock every time I'm in the UK. I knew the company had changed hands and that made me a bit nervous this time, but I want to share what a fantastic customer service experience I had. I ordered a 3 bar bundle that didn't show up and 9 days later I was returning to France. They were so accommodating, responded so promptly, so apologetic, offered to send to me a package in France if I wanted! In the end I chose a reimbursement and it came promptly. Anyway it's so very rare to have this sort of customer service these days in a world of AI bots so just bravo.

I've been using Kind2 shampoo bars for several years and have recently gotten my dog on board too! I love everything about Kind2. It is all brilliantly and carefully thought through and it's great to support an independent, female-led business. I (and Alan the dog) have thick hair and we are always left smelling fresh and feeling clean. If you make one move away from plastic this year, let Kind2 solid shampoo be it.

Gotta admit I was a bit sceptical about a bar, but you really get the hang of it and the 'lather' actually feels like it cuts grease more than my other shampoos. Managing to wash less often which is great for my hair type. Big fan!

Great product! I had never used a shampoo bar before and initially thought that it would be somehow similar to soap (probably due to the form factor) but the lather and sensation on hair from the Kind2 product feels like a silky shampoo. Another great feature is ease of use. No more fussing with bottles in the shower and I used the shower+conditioner bar so extra straightforward and hair is feeling amazing. Just ordered 4 more!

Love my Rebalancing bar. I like the rounded shape, which fits well in my hand. It doesn't over-foam but it leaves my hair squeaky clean and with absolutely no residue. I don't even need to use conditioner. Love it :-)

Brilliant!! I had tried shampoo bars before but they made my hair sort of sticky, so I had given up. But these ones are fantastic. My hair is lovely and there's not a piece of plastic in sight! Very happy, the whole family will be using Kind 2 shampoo bars from now on.

Saw this back after I had an operation and metal plate placed into elbow to reattach the displaced bone and the procedure due to the medication made my scalp detox and so itchy, this soap was a godsend, took the itch away.

For years I have struggled with shampoos making my hair more greasy and claggy, tried all natural ways of washing and not washing. We have very hard water here and any other natural soap product leaves a film of thick goo on my hair from the water. Even Rhassoul clay doesn't clean it, nor any ayurvedic hair cleaning powders and some sting eyes and skin for me.

Bicarb of soda and cider vinegar rinse doesn't work for me just made things and scalp worse. For years I've tried everything natural, nothing worked till this.

I found out I have low porosity hair, when wet take a strand feel it between fingers if it stays smooth it is low porous, if you feel ridges it's high porosity. Low means things stick to your hair more and takes an age to dry.

Which my hair use to take ages to dry, upto 4 hours, hair drier just made things worse.

Now the sensitive shampoo bar works absolute wonders, no itchy scalp, actual helps out with dry skin on face even oily skin. Hair dries fast, scalp is clear, hair is now clean feels it, only slight downside is it's a bit more flyaway now. I was once or twice a week. These are a bit more expensive than some and not last as long, well I can get a nice lather up for a change, yet I still keep buying them as they are that good for my low porous, dirt attracting hair in hard water area.

I have the hydrating one too, the sensitive one suits my hair and scalp more, both leave my hair looking slightly different.

I am so thankful for someone having the knowledge to create a product to the ph of hair and scalp that works.

I have a curly, thin and dry hair, I live in an area with hard water and I have searched soap-free products for a while, and was happy to find these!
I have tried them for more than half a year now since I wanted to make sure I won't recommend products that would do harm for the long run.

They really do work. Perfectly. For the long run - they made my hair so much softer. The shampoo is cleaning perfectly and the conditioner is great.
I would also like to mention Sue from customer care; she always replies within less than a day, always happy to help. One of the best customer experiences I have ever had.
Really, give these products a try.

Notes: I don't wash my hair daily, and still - both bars don't last two months for me. In addition, at least from my experience, the shampoo alone isn't enough to make the hair soft enough to comb through (but the conditioner makes it prefect, so I recommend ordering them together).

I've found a conditioner which works! This is an excellent product and leaves my hair feeling super soft and clean and shiny. I'm really impressed.

Love their products, so great for my hair and all vegan.

I have naturally wavy/curly hair and this is the best solid shampoo and conditioner that I have tried! I am very happy with this product, my curls have never been more defined and I will definitely purchase this again.

I have tried lots of solid shampoos over the years and I think this is THE ONE! I’m so happy with it - it rinses out really well, even without a cider vinegar rinse (a miracle for solid shampoo), so my hair feels so clean, and I don’t have the heavy, residue feeling that can happen with solid shampoo. It lathers nicely, easy to wash with, and the conditioner was easy to apply and rinse (also amazing in solid form). I used the sensitive shampoo, and my hair feels really soft and my scalp doesn’t feel irritated. The smell of the bar could be off-putting as it’s unscented (I don’t mind it though), but it doesn’t smell like that on your hair, just clean and fresh. Absolutely thrilled and recommending it to everybody.

Even in hard water the Hydrating shampoo bar delivers! My hair feels totally clean for 3 days (this is my normal) and my scalp is not at all irritated. Plastic free and essential-only packaging, quick delivery, the bar is very solid and will come travelling with me. It's everything I hoped!

I bought the gift set which comprised of the solid shampoo, conditioner and soap tray along with the bag. One of the reasons I bought solid shampoo was to do away with plastic. The reviews were excellent and I have to agree with them. I have read that solid shampoos can be tricky to use but these definitely weren’t. I would highly recommend them as they leave my hair and scalp feeling great and my hair looks good too. My scalp is normally dry and easily irritated so I am pleased that the shampoo and conditioner haven’t caused any irritation at all.

I’ve only used the shampoo and conditioner bars once so far, but there is a nice amount of larger in the shampoo, the shape of the conditioner bar sits easily in the hand to stroke over the hair, but most importantly I couldn’t get over how soft my hair felt when dry, couldn’t stop fiddling with it!

At last, a shampoo bar that leaves my hair feeling soft and tangle free. (I've tried several and all left my hair feeling oily. ) I'll be ordering more!
