Customer service at a level I haven't seen in the US in years
The week containing June 9, 2023 plus a few additional days was hell week 2023 for me. Multiple pieces of equipment either broke or just plain stopped functioning. One of those items was a drill guide jig I purchased from Kings County Tools about 20 years ago. Setting up to drill holes needed to repair a piece of furniture, the guide plastic pivot points on the arms broke. I still don't know how it happened but it made the tool useless.
I've been very pleased with this tool for the 20 or so years I've been using it so I looked online to see if I could get one and they are still available. But then it dawned on me to contact the company to determine whether or not I could buy these arms and save a little money on getting the tool back into use. Let me just say I've never had a better response. They immediately responded and worked with me to get me back in operation at a minimal cost. 8 days after my initial contact I am up and running with this piece of equipment again. Honestly I only have this one piece of equipment from them but from now on if I'm looking for this type of tool their website will be the first place I look.
