Customer service was great. They made changes quickly based on my feedback and requests. Prices were so-so... but overall a fair value for the quality. The product is shipped from China so I'm assuming it's also manufactured in China even though we worked with Kings of Neon out of Las Vegas, NV.

The fact that they called me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and explained all the options was impressive. Great product and highly recommended.

The customer service is excellent. They are really helpful in offering quotes and timeliness. They're great at answering questions and emails. I am really impressed.
The time between ordering and receiving your product is a lot shorter than I really expected. And the actually product is beating all expectations. Their prices are great. I hope to have another reason to order from Kings of Neon sooner rather than later!

I was so hesitant to fork out a bunch of money on a neon sign…BUT when I came across Kings of Leon everything changed. I was on the hunt for a sign that I could use my own brand font, which I was able to do with them. I requested the quote and the next day received a call to discuss questions they had. Then, a short 24 hours later I had a quote. I was so impressed with their customer service that I pulled the trigger the following day! I am so excited to have this in my shop space.
