I was trying to use Kinsta as a host…

I was trying to use Kinsta as a host for my full stack application. Couldn't do it because I use a Windows machine. Can you believe that? The methods for upload they provided would only work from Apple or Linux computers. Even command line methods wouldn't work. None of the customers service reps use Windows and so they couldn't help me. They were very helpful and tried their best but I have to think about all the time I lost trying to get this to work.

Everything is done right at KINSTA

Everything is done right at KINSTA, seriously I have owned 2 marketing firms in 20 years, hosting thousands of sites and testing multiple platforms. Kinsta has everything I ever needed all in one spaces. Your best qualities are
1. That you offer malware scanning, protection and removal
2. CDN included
3. SSL (very easy)
4. Site speed is incredible
5. No nickel and diming for extra features

❌WARNING- NEVER EVER GO WITH KINSTA

❌WARNING- NEVER EVER GO WITH KINSTA. They deleted two websites after 14 days. I had an issue with one of my credit cards, due to nonpayment within 2 weeks they deleted both websites and completely all backups. They had sent emails about this non-payment, and the emails had gone to my spam. Therefore they destroyed my two sites. I contacted them as I noticed my sites were down and all they could say was sorry we followed procedures. I have lost a lot of money and all they said was sorry, we did the best we could. After 15 years in digital and many hosting companies I have used NEVER have I experienced this. I only went with them due to a recommendation. DO NOT USE THEM!

DONT USE KINSTA

DONT USE KINSTA! The customer support is really bad. if the issue gets deep nobody can help you and you get more headache then u need to.

Also it is really expensive! DONT USE THEM!

You guys go completely above and beyond and we are so delighted working with you all. We're a website agency with 90+ sites hosted with you and we won't even work with someone else that isn't hosted with Kinsta.

Not least expensive, but excellent value

Been with Kinsta for three years now, definitely not the least expensive option for hosting a wordpress website, which for a non-profit is always a huge consideration... but the QUALITY of service and availability/responsiveness of Kinsta's excellent support team is of GREAT VALUE to us!

Ease of use, Live Support, Awesome System.

I love using Kinsta it's helped so much in keeping our company organized and our websites in one place. I love the ease of domain changes, obtaining domains, backups, and so many more features! My favorite part is the live support! I've used the support a few times, and they're so helpful, and they'll help you save a lot of time and frustration I was helped out today by Bladimir Fernandez, we narrowed down the problem in a matter of minutes and I was able to restore the page I was working on flawlessly. Could not be happier!

Kinsta handles everything you WANT it to.

Kinsta has handled so many of the details that stress me out as a WordPress developer.
CDN, SSL, local environment setup, deployment, and publishing from Staging to Production.
Don't miss DevKinsta as a local environment as you build things too. It has been over a month and it is amazing and the metrics are nice too. I've used several hosts in the past and I'm truly become a fanboy of Kinsta.

Awesome customer service and technical support.

I'm happy that members of Kinsta's technical support are kind because I'm not a technical person, and I wasn't confident in asking for help. Despite my "PEBKAC" questions, all members of the team were patient and courteous, helping me set up the website, firewall, and even how to navigate the dashboard.

Google's increased focus on core web…

Google's increased focus on core web vitals cut organic traffic to my Squarespace site by half starting in May 2021 because of poor performance. Kinsta is blazing fast and provides everything I needed to get a rebuild up and running from scratch in about a week. Now, i'm all green in search console and my organic traffic is rapidly rising again.

Kinsta are the standard

Kinsta are now the standard for WP hosting. Support staff have always responded pretty much instantly. Some of our clients had issues during last year's DDoS, so hopefully their Cloudflare integration will prevent that happening again, but that was largely outside their control. My only request would be to able to create templates for site 'Tools' when creating for staging sites (e.g. an .htaccess is automatically added to staging sites for better security).

Totally overpriced and NOT reliable!

Totally overpriced.
Instead of reliable hosting our site was down for a while. They make update so your wp doesn´t function without any notification.
Support not helpful at all, only standard messages.
STAY AWAY!

Big ROI on managed Wordpress hosting

Running Wordpress sites can be full of anxiety and landmines. If trading money for time and system performance seems like a no-brainer, the ROI at Kinsta.com is worth every penny. We have the skillset to self-host, but the extra time saved frees up those team members from system admin to develop our core product, not manage middleware. The Kinsta cache is only handling 20% of our assets, because our users are constantly uploading new content, and I believe the cache works better for sites that update less frequency (I don't know). Still, 1/5 is a pretty good boost. Couldn't be happier.

It used to be great and so simple, now is hell

It used to be great and so simple, I was sooo excited to find Kinsta, like all my problems gone. I migrated at least 6 of my clients to Kinsta and somehow managed to convince them to pay a "PREMIUM" price.

Now it became a hell, like a real one. Double-Caching system together with CloudFlare, after every change you need to spend your life clearing both cache until changes appear. My website is regularly blocked by ddos attacks and nothing can stop that. I can't justify Kinsta's existence anymore, they should drop $10 USD per year like GoDaddy.

We are able to perform a further investigation on this unusual occurrence with the assistance of our malware and abuse team to arrive at a conclusive solution. Please get in touch with our support team if you would like them to escalate this case to the malware and abuse team for additional investigation. Regarding caching, we would recommend you perform development tasks in a cache-free staging environment as it would make the development process a bit easier since you won't have to contend with caching, then you can simply push all the changes to live environment once you are done.
We hope that once we've been able to sort this situation out, you will find the most stable, secure, and performant version of our service to date.

Great customer service and service in general

Our sites run super quick on kinsta 10 site plan, so we're very happy with that. But we're most impressed by the quality of customer service by their team and their automated fault response system. Can get a proper developer response to queries within minutes on the Web chat. And if your site has an error, their automated error email sometimes even highlights the culprit error location in the php! The user portal is clean and has loads of very useful tools built in.
Hands down the best hosting provider we've used.
