You all are very fast and have what I need. I’m so grateful that I don’t have to suffer but can get medication at a good price. Customer service is also excellent.

I've been using Kiwi Drug for about 15 years and have always been pleased with the prompt service, low prices and fast shipping to the United States that I received. When my prescription meds were no longer available in the U.K., my drug was shipped from India and I was pleased to find the price and manucturer were the same.

Everyone has an occasional hiccup in services..come on people be realistic...that said...after doing business with kiwi.com for years I've had mostly what I'd consider excellent services...the rare occasion when I did have a problem it was resolved in short order with few email & correspondence....kudos to your customer service team and dont forget the fulfillment team..orders have always been processed in a timely manner and e mail updates are given along the process..
I'm 99.8% satisfied

Simple to order. Good communication while order is in transit.

The entire process was quick and easy with no problems or issues. I received exactly what I purchased and it arrived in a timely manner considering it was coming from overseas. Their communication was excellent from the placement of the order to tracking the package. There were no surprises or changes. I have also ordered from Kiwi about 10 years and also had a good experience.

I have used Kiwi drug for many years and can honestly say that only one time was my experience less than perfect. Even on that single occasion (a bit of a problem with a slightly rude customer service agent) I can still say that I did receive my product appropriately. The quality of the products I've received has always been excellent. They have also always arrived timely. I genuinely trust Kiwi.
