I received the pieces for a… collaboration
I received the pieces for a collaboration and I really regretted it! the pieces are of low quality and most of them are imitations of other people's designs... I finished the collaboration but I wouldn't do it again! a set and a sweater came very different from the photos and one of the dresses tore without even being used.

Horrible experience never again
The return policy feels like a scam, you have to enter a chat to ask for a return label which in itself is an awful customer experience. After returning the package, which you have to pay for by yourself, they just declared it never came and now I still have to pay for the clothes that I returned. Never again.

Kolly is so unprofessional. i made an order at the start of february for my birthday outfit which is at the end of march. since then i have only received one item out of two and every single time i reach out to see what’s going on with my skirt they tell me to “wait a few more days”… news flash it’s been 5 weeks now and they still haven’t processed my skirt due to them not having it in stock but they continue to mark it as available on the website and even put it on sale? the customer service is HORRIBLE and it’s so hard to even get in co with them without sending multiple messages through instagram. i’ve even been left on seen by them after asking about my order. so unprofessional and lowkey seems like a scam. i just want my skirt.
