Why will the lock my account for no specific reason?… even after i answered all the verification questions nothing changed so i had to let the above company handle it before I could get my refund

Attention: KUCOIN is currently withholding $17,000 of my funds and refusing to allow me to transfer them to my intended wallet. This is a clear example of unethical conduct motivated by greed and a desire to increase profits for their own benefit. I'm voluntarily handing out this review to Trustpilot. You must be crazy to deal with Kucoin and risk losing your funds. Highly untrustworthy company. The software is very glitchy and they have a ver bad customerservice about that. SMS verification codes do not work and funds become unavailable...They want my FACE ID LOOOOL whahahahah GET LOST SUCKERSSSS You cant even handle a password right. You must be insane. KUCOIN CROOKS OUT ! Oh and now they blocked me from my funds so i can not withdraw anymore....NICE.

This is a scam app.
I won alot of money. But now they have blocked my account til I put 10000USDT in. I asked about a bonus activity. And suddenly they said they put me in one of those and that I had 5 days to put 10000USDT on my account. If I didn't do it, they will take away 10% everyday til my account is empty. I had 42000USDT on my account. Now, they take a little money away every day. Is there any way to fix this without putting in more money?

Two stars, as previously I used Kucoin without any issues for a few years...until KYC was enforced.
Now I cannot login, without changing my password first, which then LOCKS withdrawals for 24 hours.
Whilst withdrawals are locked, I can login and out just fine but when the locked period expires my password suddenly no longer works and the only way to access my account is to reset my password AGAIN and then withdrawals are locked AGAIN!
Who would trust kucoin, when they have to resort to a blatant trick to effectively disable withdrawals, whilst pretending it is all the customers' fault!

500USDT was stolen from my account regardless of all the security they have in place. How it got past 2 stage verification on my phone, trading passwords etc etc I have no idea. Customer support was not helpful and said call the police!!! I am posting this on all available social media to warn people that their security sucks

Absolutely horrible experience. Might work well for you now.. but wait until you need support or help with an error.
Support agents literally say try again later > its not working now. When confronted, they take it back and say 'its working but only for some users its not'.
Asked to clarify > "just use another method"
ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. if you intend on doing any big trades or just generally care about the safety of your hard earned money, STAY AWAY FROM KUCOIN!

Just f****** fantastic!!!! KuCoin has grown on me hard and I am kicking myself for leaving it until now, to fully immerse my time in the experience KuCoin has to offer. All the parts that are enjoyed amongst different exchanges, have been brought together for a more complete trading platform. No issues for me thus far... The challenging thing though is to navigate your way through the fully loaded platform which takes some time. Effort + Efficiency = $$$$$$
Keep it up there humans!!!

I have had an account with kucoin for 6 month and sent my details for identification with my licence now they have frozen my account without without contacting me !!!!!
They now want a document with my signature ??? Who uses paper now !!!
The licence I provided 3 months ago has my signature WTH is going on !!!

Delisted the coins I had, with a 14 days warning that I didnt see in time.
Didnt exchange my coins to a "listed" coin or fiat, instead they kept the value and my coins dissapeared.
Claims that they act in good faith

For the reason I changed country I had to change telephone number. I started the procedure to change number and I found out they don't support my new country. They also aked me a selfie with the document in one hand and a paper with my signature in the other hand. How can I make a selfie with both hands occupied?!! Why do you need all those things, after I put the code you sent me via email, the trading code, the login password?!! You're ridiculous.

Kuicoin is fake ..Someone is using my account with kyc in that.Suddenly, I was logged out ,my account was under an appeal. As one of the fraud merchants took my money and customer service was I don't know doin what, suddenly 2 days ago. My account was logged out...I am trying log into it..however it says password incorrect. I don't know where the world is goin to the scammers.

Beware - they will literally steal your money! Apparently, when KuKoin decides to delist an asset, they give you a limited time to withdraw your coins, otherwise they are deemed "forfeited". If you do not withdraw an asset once it has been 'delisted', then the company keeps those coins. This makes absolutely no sense, and is not how a legit exchange operates.

Following kucoin marketing information I opened account without kyc as they stated with 1 BTC daily withdrawals limit, fine by me. I deposited less than $15k USDT the same day. The following day I tried to withdraw but kucoin demand me to do kyc, holding my funds hostage. The option to withdraw is disabled. This is outrages!
Kucoin is definitely going under and they buying time by detaining their clients money. As other people said even if you provide them your details they will still find excuses to delay the process and hold your money. Horrible company. Stay away!
