Delivered promptly and as described. Software installation and device initialization was straightforward. Price was a bit expensive for my use case, but it's a neat little gadget and I'm an engineer. Have not yet downloaded the forst week's logged data, so can't comment on that part of the process.

Charged twice

A colleague and I ordered at their online shop at the same time. Good thing was that they recognized it and put everything in the same box.
What i can not understand is that they charged us 2 times delivery and processing fee. 1 Package 2 times 20 Euros. Not acceptable.

We are sorry you feel unhappy with our service - just to clarify you were not billed twice in error for postage, you placed two separate online orders hours apart and the system processed each order with the correct postage charges. Our stores department would have seen the two orders for the same address and combined the items for shipping. The temperature and humidity measuring…

The temperature and humidity measuring device arrived on time and is working well after a few days. The wi-fi connection and remote reporting to EasyLog Cloud work very well. The initial setup is straightforward in itself but only works on PC, which was somewhat inconvenient as we only use Macs in the building.
