Contact initial, tout va bien, je les ai contactés par mail pour avoir des détails de livraison. Réponse immédiate.
Normalement je paie à la livraison, mais pour une fois j'ai payé par virement.
Ils ont confirmé la réception du virement à Raffaella Petruziello et m'ont donné une date de livraison.
Le jour de la livraison, rien ne s'est passé. Depuis, un téléphone qui ne répond jamais et je ne recois plus de réponses aux mails envoyés.
