Geen service te verwachten: top-secret

Een erg gesloten onvriendelijk bedrijf. Het is een distributeur van o.a. Focal. Wanneer je de vraag stelt of dat ze een bepaald artikel op voorraad hebben omdat de winkel continue maar niet levert en deze de schuld bij de distributeur leggen dat deze ook geen voorraad zou hebben, word je gewoonweg weer leuk naar de winkel verwezen. ‘Het zou wat zijn als iedere consument ons zou bellen!’. Het lijkt wel of dat we met militaire geheimen van doen hebben of dat je vraagt mee te werken aan een rapportage voor de Keuringsdienst van Waarde. Erg afstandelijk en geen servicegericht bedrijf. Niks van te verwachten.
