Fantastic customer services and professionalism.
What an excellent car purchasing experience, the professional approach and attention to detail on the vehicles they have on offer are second to none.
My salesman Jack was brilliant, in his own time he has worked with me over the phone for a few days keeping me upto date on vehicle maintenance providing top class customer services. then from pulling the trigger on the purchase I managed to get the vehicle back home all within 5 hours of the transaction.
No preparation costs spared when carrying out their final checks in ensuring the vehicle was in top condition, right down to a full regas of the air con, perfect in this current weather. No additional charges for any work they carried out.
12 month warranty for that extra piece of mind including a fresh 12 month MOT (clean no advisories) if there are any they will rectify before releasing the vehicle.
I will be travelling just over an hour to use their friendly, professional and family run business to have any maintenance and MOT work done in the future with this vehicle.

I don’t like when I buy tickets at full price only for someone to win 50 free tickets for the same prize. Then only to have the same prize being offered at discount price tickets. This is giving others an unfair advantage and a massive chance to win the prize

Looking at your own order history, you purchased a number of entries into several bundles for the Campervan which ended on 28th April. Going back further, you have been entering these ticket bundles for a number of months now. Could have been better for me
I keep getting emails asking me to review this site after my recent transaction, I was going to let it go but I will give an honest review
I made a £40 deposit but the money wasn’t credited to my balance, it was agreed that the transaction was taken and I was refunded a couple of days later with £10 credited to my account as an apology…I accept that mistakes can be made but I don’t have confidence in using the site again
Other people may have better experiences and I thank you for refunding me

I have updated my review to 3 stars because mistakes can be made, I didn’t criticise your company and I praised you for refunding me…I was asked to provide feedback on my transaction (twice by email) and, as you agreed, the transaction went wrong…I merely do not want to take the risk of trying to deposit again and the same thing happens again…please accept this as honest criticism because things did go wrong
As far as the competition went, what was I supposed to do with the free credit?…leave it there or use it to buy the tickets I had originally intended?

Thanks for leaving feedback Paul. The money was refunded and the £10 site credit allocated on the same day. As we all know, card transactions mysteriously 'disappear' into the banking system despite having left our account which makes the payment, hence the 2 day delay you refer to. Your site credit was applied and you successfully used that to secure 5 free tickets giving you the opportunity to win a Fiesta or £5,000. Sorry if your free experience was a negative one and didn't win the competition for you.. From our point of view, it cost you nothing, was rectified without delay or any hesitation, an apology and £10 site credit were issued on the same day and you could have won a Fiesta Zetec S or £5,000 with all 5 of your 5 free entries. If that's 2 star service in your opinion there's nothing more we can do other than accept it with good grace and move on. Kind regards, Gavin & John
