Great customer service.

I felt it was only fair to leave a review despite not being able to resolve my issue.
William should be commended on his customer service.
His advice and prompt response has made the process very smooth.
Even accepting parts to be returned (partial refund), despite myself needing to break the seal in order to test the new board.
Also, he was super efficient in confirming that I had accidentally paid twice and refunded immediately.
I would have no issues in using his services again.
