My doctor was very informative and help me through the whole process. When I had questions after the appointment the doctor even followed up and returned my message to help guide me.

To clarify: the payment made to Leafy DOC covers your doctor's evaluation and certification to enter your information into the state registry. The additional payment is the required state registration fee that goes directly to the state government (not to us) to finalize your application and issue your medical card.

Hello! Apologies if there was any miscommunication. In your state, once you are approved, all you need to do is head over to the dispensary with your ID - as the doctor has already registered you in the state database.

Receiving the physical card or final approval is a separate process handled by the state government, which requires a separate registration and fee payment to them. You are not on your own—if you are stuck on the state's website or need help completing your registration, please email us directly at hello@leafydoc.com, and we will gladly walk you through the final steps to get your card or approval.
