My doctor was very informative and help me through the whole process. When I had questions after the appointment the doctor even followed up and returned my message to help guide me.

Upon checking, your doctor emailed you a copy of your paperwork last 04/28/2025.
We just emailed you a copy as well.
Login to your existing state account at https://patient.massciportal.com/mmj-patient/login and renew your registration.
If your card has expired, you will be able to print a temporary registration card that will allow you to visit dispensaries.
If your card has not expired yet, you will be sent a new card, but you will use the valid card you have until the new card arrives.

Had to contact daily to get dr to submit paperwork, took almost a week when they said they it would be completed in 24 hours and I would get an email. No email received only knew it had finally been completed by checking the portal. Had to be persistent.

Almost a month ago they only asked me two questions. I still don’t don’t have my certification they tell me they stayed will contact you. I’ll send you email. I never got it. I think so. They’re all a scam. They just took $180 with nothing don’t trust it go a real person
