My doctor was very informative and help me through the whole process. When I had questions after the appointment the doctor even followed up and returned my message to help guide me.

Criminals
They have been spamming me to renew with them and went so far as to schedule an appointment without even knowing I was still alive just to then tell me my card would be charged if I don’t cancel within 48 hours of the appointment. They set said appointment without less than two weeks’ notice…again completely without hearing from me in any capacity whatsoever. I have spoken to no one from this company in a year and they’re attempting to rogue charge me $100. Absolute criminals.

We want to clarify our renewal appointment process. As a courtesy to all our renewing patients, we proactively schedule renewal appointments to help ensure uninterrupted access to care. This is a service we offer to everyone, and it's not meant to be a spam tactic. We understand in your case, this may have felt like unwanted contact, and we apologize for that.
It's important to know that we never charge anyone unless they complete their renewal visit and are re-approved by the doctor. Simply having a scheduled appointment does not result in a charge. The $100 fee you mentioned would only apply after a successful consultation with the doctor, and only if you choose to proceed with your renewal. We would absolutely never charge anyone without these steps being completed.

We noticed that your doctor certified you on the same day as your appointment. You should have received an email directly from the state with instructions to complete your registration process. If you can't find the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
If you still haven't received the email, please contact the state directly. They are responsible for sending these emails to patients. We can confirm on our end that the doctor has completed your online certification with the state.
