They have very good servers and good tech support. But their prices are way too high compared to other options. I stay only because migrating my sites out, would be too painful.

Horrible support.

I had a hosting account with them for a year. until now their support was okay. Now it's horrible. After seeing the broken English, I asked the tech where they are located. They are in some remote villages in south India with a dial-up connection. Not even their employees or contractors. Outsourced to some third-party call center called Vpoint. It shows

Very very very BAD!

Very very very BAD!
I have different dedicated server (over 1500€/month) and LeaseWeb suspend one of they for a DDoS attack.

The DDoS was ridicolous! 10Gbit attack and LeaseWeb put che IP in null route and I've already bought an advanced protection.
The protection exists? I think NO!

I'm migrating all my servers OUT of their infrastructure.

Avoid this 'company' at all costs.

Avoid this 'company' at all costs.
After being a paying customer for several years for a product, last years payment did not happen automatically due to creditcard renewal. Leaseweb send a reminder which ended up in junk email box (which was not noticed). Leaseweb did not do any effort to contact me (by phone, send letter to home addres, etc). Instead the used a collection agency (incasso bureau).
In short, Leaseweb disabled the service after 1 month (Deactivation charge € 75,63), but let me pay for the other 11 month (entire year), and had to pay a fine (collection agency). The standard answer of the call center was, to write an email. Of course never got any reaction.

Ordered a "1 hour deployment" server…

Ordered a "1 hour deployment" server (and made promises to a client based on this) and was told 12 hours later that it wasn't actually a 1 hour deployment server, but they did have a server with about half the specs for the same price. I literally read this tactic in a book about car salesmen. As I write this, they still have the non-existent server listed on their site as in stock for 1 hour deployment.

I do not recommend it to anyone.

I do not recommend it to anyone.
The company you should definitely not work for.
Both the service quality is very bad and their approach to their customers is rude.
Unprofessional company and system.
I started working with this company two years ago. And a while ahead I ended the cooperation. I am working with another company and I saw that I made the right decision today ..
If you do not want financial damage and if you do not want your information to be lost, do not work with this company.

Leaseweb is an EXTREMELY shady company

Leaseweb is an EXTREMELY shady company. Reading their terms of payment should be enough for anyone to avoid them.

"Leaseweb is entitled to require Customer to make free of charge payment by means of Direct Debit as standard default method of payment for any Order.

Leaseweb will be entitled to charge an administrative Fee of fivehundred Euros (€ 500,00 -) to Customer, if: (i) Customer has canceled the Direct Debit authorization during the Sales Contract Term; or (ii) payment to Leaseweb has been reversed or denied. "

And then I have not yet mentioned the shady debt collector companies and threats that Leaseweb uses to collect such costs, regardless of whether you have your company in the EU or the US.

Also be prepared to be sued in the Amsterdam Court for amounts of € 500 if you refuse to pay, with the result that your company's bank account will be blocked via the recent "European Account Preservation Order" if your company is located in the EU.

Personally, I wish I had known this before my company rented servers from Leaseweb. If you are a small company without in-house lawyers, thier low price is not worth your well-being and sleepless nights.

They double billed me and refuse to refund!

Leaseweb had a technical issue which meant I was double billed for their service. I have contacted them numerous times for a refund on one of the payments.

They have replied once to say they have applied it as credit to my account but if I want a refund then to let them know.

I have asked for a refund for 2 weeks now and been ignored completely.

Do not trust this company they will take your money and ignore you.

Customer support not able to solve a no-brainer contract issue.

Two years ago I moved my domainregistrations to another provider. Leaseweb provided me with a code to do that as is the procedure. I served the contract for that year. But, I am still being invoiced for the domainregistration for domains that are not registert by Leaseweb because I didn't cancel the contract? Never was I informed that this needed to be done after they provided me the codes. So, I suggested that they would not charge me for services not provided and that is the moment that you can really judge a business. I was treated like a schoolboy "the contract is the contract". "you didn't cancel so now you have to pay".
Well thanks for that. I will always judge a business on how they handle disputs of problems, that is the moment as a business you will create fans or haters, it is an opportunity. The couple of euro's involved made them loose a customer for live.
