I looked for a few months on my own for a new place without any luck, by the time I would see the post and contact the apartment complex the unit would already be gone. But then I found Lighthouse!!! And my amazing new sweet friend Ansley!!! She worked so hard for me!!! And after only a few weeks with her help I found my new HOME!!! Not to mention I got cash back after I signed my lease and got moved in!!!

Signed up not really for the cash back but just to get help finding a place. Got paired with Debbie who took notes and then delivered me matches that were nothing like the notes and then shared with me the notes from our text chat in the same text chats and failed to understand where she missed. This maybe a great service. But from my experience it is best to look somewhere else.

Then I got contacted by the CEO who promised better service delivered the same type results. To me it seems instead of saying we don't have what you are looking they just say let's try again and then they just tweak the search results of properties they have deals with to hope you just get tired choose one.

Sydney was such an amazing help while searching for an apartment in the DFW area. No hassle help and so very polite and kind.

Helpful in every step of the process, in every way imaginable! Available, reliable, prompt in communication and service. Although I was in touch with 2 other locator services, Lighthouse was the only one that was consistent in communication/service. This is my first time using a locator service and I have to say it made the process from moving across country so much easier! Moving can be sooo stressful, especially 7 months pregnant and trying to move before your baby is born!!! Sydney was such a blessing. Her communication was perfect, she felt more than just an apartment finder! She was a friend to me during this time. Super smooth process! Sydney was a jewel. I’m very happy with my move in. Moving in general can be very stressful. Sydney did a wonderful job handling all the heavy lifting. I’d recommend everyone to use lighthouse.

Dealing with Lighthouse was a lovely experience. Debbie was awesome, she was very helpful through the entire process and any questions and concerns I had were answered promptly. I also received the compensation that I was promised as soon as my apartment was rented. If I could go out and rent something tomorrow I would do it again in order to help thank you for the great experience!!!!!
