Easy to order from there website, unfortunately I was unable to find the Gut Friendly dental sticks in our local pet stores. Seem to be suitable for our Westie who has Bowel Disease, bit expensive

About Lily's Kitchen

Written by the company

In 2008 our founder Henrietta started making food from scratch at her kitchen table in London for her Border Terrier Lily. All because she really, really loved her. That love for our pets started Lily’s Kitchen and still keeps us going today.

Pets are family and they deserve proper food
But what is proper food? Proper food means nutritionally complete recipes made by experts, labelled honestly, using ethically sourced natural ingredients. No meat meal, no additives and no cheap fillers. Just fresh meat, delicious veg, and herbs and botanicals that support your dogs’ and cats’ health so they can concentrate on sitting on laps, shoulders and heads, demanding walkies, 6am breakfasts and knocking things over with their tails ‘by accident’ – or so they claim.

For people, pets and the planet
We’re a certified BCorp. That means we believe in using business as a force for good. Here are a few of our guiding values:

Supporting charities
In the last 6 months we’ve donated over 28,000 meals to dog and cat shelters and we’re not stopping there. We’re always working on ways we can partner with charities of all sizes to help in any way we can, be it fundraising, donations or rolling up our sleeves and volunteering our own time.

Minimising our pawprint on the planet
From the way we work to improve our packaging (which is nearly all compostable or recyclable) to the cleaning products we choose for our office. Every decision has the planet at it’s core.

Being a BCorp and staying a BCorp
We are the founding UK BCorporation and every three years we re-certify by evidencing meeting the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.

Good Organic food that we trust and our cat loves.

We always fed our cat Lily's Organic food for years and years, which he was very happy with but even though we have had to change to the Senior Cat food, he still enjoys it, especially with a tiny amount of Lily's Tuna & Salmon Shredded Fillets mixed in occasionally, as a treat. He is going on 13 years old now and is in splendid health, which I think, says it all!

Our cat loves Lily’s wet food

Our cat loves Lily’s wet food since was a kitten. Recently we transitioned him to adult food from Lily’s. We trialed a few flavours with him and then bought a pack of 19 for him. At that point however he decided that he actually did not like the flavour and Lily’s customer service let us exchange for a flavour he liked.
Great food and great customer service

Hi Jean, thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I'm really sorry to hear your little one is not enjoying our recipes.

If this is the first time feeding these recipes, we would recommend to introduce each recipe into your pet's diet bit by bit over about a week. Starting with a mix of 4/5 of your current food to 1/5 of the intended recipe, and slowly change this ratio, until you only feed the new recipe. If your pet is more sensitive to dietary changes this may take longer.

If you would like to discuss this further, please do get in touch with us at hello@lilyskitchen.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help.

my…Ace Customer Service!

I initially brought this brand for my beloved 19yr old, however my rescue cat was ill on it. I discussed my concerns with Lilly’s Kitchen, who subsequently investigated matters (they actually listened!). As a good will gesture which I wasn’t expecting they posted to me a replacement batch to the value of what I originally purchased even though I’d returned the unused produce to the shop of purchase. Thankfully my cat has been fighting fit since…

My cat gives Lily’s Kitchen 5 stars!

I know cats can be fickle with food:one day they love something and the next they won’t touch it, but this has never happened with my cat and Lily’s Kitchen. She absolutely adores the pates in particular and a plate of one of them is always licked clean! I’m happy as the food is high protein, sugar and grain free and full of nutritious ingredients. I recently had an issue with my order and customer service were excellent in resolving it super quickly. Highly recommend!

Smells horrible

Good service, reasonable price with discount but cats don’t like it and the fast cuts absolutely stinks- worse than budget cat food
