Easy to order from there website, unfortunately I was unable to find the Gut Friendly dental sticks in our local pet stores. Seem to be suitable for our Westie who has Bowel Disease, bit expensive

Pets are family and they deserve proper food
But what is proper food? Proper food means nutritionally complete recipes made by experts, labelled honestly, using ethically sourced natural ingredients. No meat meal, no additives and no cheap fillers. Just fresh meat, delicious veg, and herbs and botanicals that support your dogs’ and cats’ health so they can concentrate on sitting on laps, shoulders and heads, demanding walkies, 6am breakfasts and knocking things over with their tails ‘by accident’ – or so they claim.

Good Organic food that we trust and our cat loves.
We always fed our cat Lily's Organic food for years and years, which he was very happy with but even though we have had to change to the Senior Cat food, he still enjoys it, especially with a tiny amount of Lily's Tuna & Salmon Shredded Fillets mixed in occasionally, as a treat. He is going on 13 years old now and is in splendid health, which I think, says it all!

Our cat loves Lily’s wet food
Our cat loves Lily’s wet food since was a kitten. Recently we transitioned him to adult food from Lily’s. We trialed a few flavours with him and then bought a pack of 19 for him. At that point however he decided that he actually did not like the flavour and Lily’s customer service let us exchange for a flavour he liked.
Great food and great customer service

my…Ace Customer Service!
I initially brought this brand for my beloved 19yr old, however my rescue cat was ill on it. I discussed my concerns with Lilly’s Kitchen, who subsequently investigated matters (they actually listened!). As a good will gesture which I wasn’t expecting they posted to me a replacement batch to the value of what I originally purchased even though I’d returned the unused produce to the shop of purchase. Thankfully my cat has been fighting fit since…

The cat food always arrives soon after I place my order and delivered efficiently and on time by the courier. I also very much appreciate the generous discounts I receive from time to time as a regular customer. My cat appreciates the wide range of food available, which he usually consumes until his bowl is empty. He also knows when to ask for more!

KatKin IS currently the best value for…
KatKin IS currently the best value for the price in the UK when it comes to cat food. It’s miles ahead of all other foods out there in terms of freshness and nutrients. One of my beautiful Bengal cats eat KatKin whilst his twin brother eats another (more expensive) subscription brand (he is unfortunately incredibly fussy and doesn’t like the texture of Katkin).
The cat eating KatKin is so much healthier and more energetic, never has any cravings and absolutely thriving, shiny coat; sparkly eyes and all.
The twin brother living on the other brand is always hungry, ends up eating 6-7 (!) tins (a fortune!) a day whilst still being skinny and less energetic. It’s such a stark contrast, I don’t need any other proof.

Good quality food
Top speed delivery and great quality food as always. Have used lily's kitchen for several years for our dog and cat, it's particularly important for our cat as she cannot eat Beef, so having clear protein source and ingredients is so important, and something you usually can't get anywhere else. Thank you lily's kitchen

Best Moggy Food that wont break the bank
Got a new kitten went into a local shop which convinced me to buy premium food however the premium food was £1.75 a pouch , On doing research Lily`s had exactly the same ingredients and was about 72p cheaper a meal, Lilly`s also has a 1st time 30% off so I bought bulk in advance. He was stubborn as first with the pate but loves the gravy , he now likes both im happy he is happy . Great value better than the rest of the high street brands that add trash to the food treat your cat save on vet bills in the future.

Great service, good food!
As usual Lily's Kitchen delivers. Easy ordering, quick delivery, good food! My fussy cat likes the chicken in gravy, well, the gravy anyway... but you can't really go by him! Used to use Lilys for my equally fussy and beloved greyhound, who sadly is no longer here, but he wouldn't eat anything else! Would highly recommend!

My cat loves Lily's Kitchen
My cat loves Lily's Kitchen! I guess every cat will be different and they're fussy animals so all comes down to your own cat, but I got her the Kitten Chicken/Ocean Fish Tasty Cuts in Gravy and she devours it. The composition is real meats, not derivatives, which is what I want for my cat. And it's nice that Lily's Kitchen food can be found at supermarkets and bought one-off online, rather than as a monthly subscription like other high-quality food brands, which isn't the most convenient when you need food for your pet immediately or just want to grab some at the store.

My cats both love the pates (though I…
My cats both love the pates (though I cannot say they seem less hungry or food obsessed since changing to this food). I've opted for only pate based on the ingredient list. I love that the packaging is all recyclable! Delivery was quick and I set up a subscription for subsequent deliveries, hopefully that will keep things simple. I do think the pricing is a bit high - I spend almost as much for each 5k cat as I do to feed myself, but at least I know they are eating well.

ITrust/quality/value .
It is continued trust in Lily's products why I purchase their wet cat food.- Why ? - I previously had a poorly cat with digestive issues and he enjoyed their chicken wet food, I tried several what I thought were the quality brands , Royal Cain , Hills, Kwik is that the name from New Zealand , kept away from felix etc, and , to me , Lilys was accepted and enjoyed better by my cat.
I am keeping with this food for my "light of my life" Tom now. ( I lost my previous buddy eventually to cancer.)
Keep up the good quality - good moisture balance, defo no smells, delivery always on time and with offers on to buy, it is really excellent value for something which you can trust

One of the best cat's foods!
My cat eat Lily's tasty cuts without questioning. Stopped eating all other cat's food, even most famous brands, filled with fillers like veg protein and carrot. I highly recommend Lily's cuts - actually it is my cat recommends!

Very affordable and sustainable option
Really appreciate that it's a UK-based company which supports LGBTQ+ NGOs. One of the most affordable (cost-wise) amongst healthier and sustainable cat foods. Speedy delivery and sustainable packaging are great assets.
I have bought the mixed 'tasty cuts' packs and pates. My cat is a fussy eater who prefers the cuts (I guess she's not a fan of the pate's structure, but that's a purrsonal thing I guess). Have been feeding her cuts for two months now and she seems happy, healthy, and has a shiny fur.
The only thing I'd appreciate improving is being more transparent about the ingredients - it would be great to include details about what cuts of meat were used (muscles, cartilage, innards etc) as 'meat' is quite a vague description. Other than that, I have only positive things to say.

delyed devilveries
Unfortunately, we had several occasions when the subscription would come late, meaning that we ran out of food. My cat has a sensitive tummy so buying alternative food to fill the gap meant that he'd get an upset stomach. No longer going to use them

I received somebody else's dog food order!
My cat food order arrived on time and correctly, but I also had delivered somebody else's dog food order. I took it in because my details were on the address label. 2 weeks on, I'm still trying to confirm a date for when you will collect this quite large box!

I purchase my cat a advent calendar…
I purchase my cat a advent calendar every year and this is the only one she gets excited for every morning and actually eats.
The one thing I would say is some windows have 5 treats and others have 4, not sure if that's an factory error or how it should be.

My cat loves it but poor delivery company
The food itself is great,my cat loves it, her poops don't smell nearly as bad and her coat is much more soft and glossy and she has more energy. The delivery partner they use has alot to be desired, the package didn't arrive until over 3 weeks later, didn't get any updates until I emailed lilys kitchen and they checked with the delivery company, DPD, who told them the package was damaged so couldn't deliver. A second package was sent, which my neighbour found on the grass in her back garden, even though I was at home all day.

Cat loves it!
Switched to Lily's Kitchen as my cat was such a fussy eater with the food she got before. I've never seen her eat her food so fast, she loves it! She's also more active now and looking less bloated. I'd definitely recommend this brand, and so would the cat! She also loves the Lily's Kitchen treats, and I feel more comfortable with her eating them as I know the ingredients are healthier for her than the previous ones she had.
